my brother loved this as his christmas gift. only issues are the automatic count (its cheap and ineffective) and the resistant bands which are barely resistant, and to short to be at all helpful. you. get what you pay for, and I am content with this product.

Great for home or travelling

Think the gap to big for my body
Don't no if it's just me but the pressup position doesn't match my body gaps seems to be to big but going to keep trying.

Awful quality
The print is duplicated to the other side instead of being mirrored which means the instructions would have you have both handles tilted to the right for the chest, or both tilted to the left for back??? One of the holes for the pin on the handle to go through hasnt been molded correctly, so its too small for the pin to set, meaning you can't put and weight on the right handle or it will rotate/come out.

Bonne base pour les vrais débutants qui ont du mal à faire une pompe et à se tenir. Ok, on dirait que c'est cheap mais on s'en fout, je ne pense pas que ce soit un produit qui ait une très grande durée de vie, mais je pense qu'il peut vous lancer. Pour le gainage, on se tient mieux et ça travaille beaucoup plus que sans le matériel. Pour les pompes, ceux qui ont du mal à en faire une seule, c'est beaucoup plus facile et moins douloureux au niveau des coudes. Je recommande pour ceux qui ont vraiment du mal. Rien que pour le placement, on sent qu'on travaille mieux avec.
