If you or a family member is sick and cannot eat much food, these shakes are a good source of nutrition. Crohn's, Colitis, IBD, Cancer, flu, these shakes aren't very filling but you get vitamins, minerals, some nutrition and they can help reduce hunger feelings. They also help between meals as a healthier snack. Put them in the refrigerator and drink them cold, put them in the freezer and they'll have a milkshake consistency. The flavor and taste isn't great but it's not really bad at all, a little hard to explain - doesn't taste like a treat but also does not taste like a medicine.

I use these to mix into a homemade protein shake that I make to gain and reach my goal weight when bulking. I drink two a day for the added calories and any time I’ve utilized this routine, it works like a charm. Gotta stay thick! Lol

I use these drinks as a meal replacement when I’m on the go and don’t have time to grab a snack. They taste good and even better ice cold.

Sometimes use in addition with meals and sometimes use as supplemental to a meal. It’s tasty and nutritious.
