This women's watch features a 1.96-inch dial, which I initially thought might be a bit large for an average wrist. However, it doesn’t come across as overly bulky. The stylish design and color are lovely, and the display is both crisp and responsive, especially for this price point. There’s a great selection of watch faces to choose from, adding to its customization options. The built-in dialer allows you to make and receive calls, with decent audio clarity. While the volume is good, it’s not excessively loud. You can store up to eight contacts on the watch, though access to your entire contact list isn’t available. Overall, the watch looks and feels premium while also being quite sturdy. I managed to snag it at an incredible 75% off, including a bank offer, making it a fantastic deal for me!

Product itself is very nice and good but I received a product where the back glass of the sensor is cracked and scratched. I don't know who's fault is this but I'm really not satisfied as I was expecting a brand new condition. For such a small defect I don't want to bother myself by returning or replacing the item but I suggest that you guys should work on this kind of problems more.

The metallic outside cover is very premium the screen is smooth but the password keyboard is a bit of lag but the sound quality durability and display is good if I drop my words from the second floor it will not break the colour is premium screen response is good

I am reviewing this watch post 4 months of usage. Initially when I started using this watch, the HR monitoring function was kind of not very accurate. I upgraded the noisefit app and watch firmware upgrade, even then I could see that the HR monitoring function doesn't work properly. The HR function will start immediately when you take few steps and this is how it should function and this is the way it functions in other brands. I do have amazfit and that works without any issues. In this noise fit pulse 4 max, the HR function doesn't get fired up when you take steps and it doesn't update on the watch face on real time basis. Even the green light sensor doesn't blink at all. I raised a complaint and the customer reps are completely unreliable and they don't have any idea as to what to do. They will ask to reset the watch, upgrade app version and that is all. Post that, I raised another complain and my watch was picked up and sent to warehouse and in the warehouse, what their technical team tested or observed, only they know because they shipped my watch next day itself stating that my watch is working fine. They won't call you and discuss or find out the issue. When the watch came back, it was the same story. The automatic 24 * 7 HR function wasn't working and it will not even record on real time basis and won't show anything. I have to go to the HR monitor function and touch it to enable it. I raised another complaint and shared a video recording showing that it isn't recording anything and even the sensor light isn't blinking. They never responded for 2-3 days. Then I myself called and spoke to them. Now I don't have the time and energy to send the watch again and the warehouse will do the same thing. I should have got a replacement as my watch is under warranty and this watch isn't working as expected. These watches are very unreliable with respect to their functions. These are low budget watches which probably wouldn't have been tested adequately to ensure that functions are working. If the hardware is at fault, they should replace it. Very poor customer service. The customer reps always say that is the policy and they have to send it to warehouse. If they are testing and observing, they should share the testing report. But you can't expect much from such brands. These aren't customer oriented brands. I got a pair during the festive season and going by reviews, I got it. I believe if people have budget, the amazfit is a better one and functions well. I had a very bad experience with this one. Will never go for noise or anything similar.

I brought it today its features are good and it doesn't have connectivity issues as said in reviews it's a good product the only problem is that the membership thing which puts a little hindrance but it's of bare min amount of only 12₹/month but still we buy watch and then pay subscription
