Man Pure PF3, candy grape, 185g (50 servings)

I tried a whole bottle. I felt like the first few days i tried it my body could recover faster from work outs but after that I did not notice any benefits. At the time i was taking the MAN Sports Game Day prework product. So im not sure if that gave me some of the initial results. I did not re order this this product. I read the science behind it but for me it did not continue to work. Everyone's body is different.

Pros: Helped me build back muscle without bloating or nausea. Great taste, great price.Observations: Balls up if all is dumped at once. Has a slight chalky taste afterward.Solutions to observations. Pour scoop slowly into a blender cup of sorts while stirring (buy a battery powered one, it makes life easier)Instead of water, do milk. Tastes like heaven

mixability sucks, taste good...put it has got to improve it doesn't mix well at all and forms little balls...somewhat disappionted

I have tried multiple supplements over the years and I was not impressed with this one. It just did not appear to do anything for me. The flavor is good, but the product seemed worthless.

AMAZING! This is hands down the best protein on the market, I've been cutting and I've just been using this. I have kept all my strength gains over two months and have even added 10lbs to my bench. Will use for as long as I can!

Tried bio gro, came back to PF3, recovery times a way shorter in my opinion although chemically it may be the same I think, I recover quicker with this. Just my two cents.

Does not mix with water.Should be sold in pill form.This is pretty much just Dried cows blood.I have a full tube of this just going to waste now.
