Great Toaster!
Great toaster! Actually toasts both sides evenly and has 5 different settings. Easy to use and easy to clean. Looks more decorative than most. But slots are a little small of you are a bagel person. Still fits just a bit tight.

My wife and I had been looking for a simple toaster. Yes, simple some of them have all kinds of expensive controls that you really do not need to make toast. Good looking on the counter and the perfect size for us. The price was reasonable as well.

Did not function well
This toaster did not perform well, bagels don't quite fit in. Belgium waffles have to be stuffed in and its uneven. One side toast on one side only. Would not purchase this model again.

My mom uses it she said 3 or 4 gets your bread a good toast beyond that itโs too dark but it works very good

WAY BETTER THAN EXPENSIVE ONES!
I had a way more expensive brand (that I don't think I'm allowed to mention) for quite a few years now and I've always hated it because it took so incredibly long to cook the toast! It felt like forever before the toast popped up and then I would have to put it back down again!! It was also very difficult to push the toast down, which I'm assuming was the demise of that expensive toaster because the one side I used all the time would no longer stay down! I had a Proctor Silex for many many years when I was first starting out on my own (50 years ago!) and I never had a problem with it so I decided to give it a shot again and I'm very happy that I did! It's also MUCH smaller and compact so takes up less counter space then my last four slice toaster and is more attractive with it shiny black sides. You will not regret buying this toaster

This toaster is not only very attractive, it toasts perfectly, and quickly,unlike our old toaster oven. The settings provided are very effective. Highly recommended!
