Down to 1 star, wish it could be less.This wallet is like the seller has become: badly designed and produced, packaging would not pass muster in a shop - even if it had been intact, not ransacked.Try OneTigris brand, way better overall, albeit a militaristic style. NB 1T are similar in price, but better designed and way better packaged.Wallets not that great, barely useable as double sided ID - IF you cut off the tags to make both sides see through.The tag arrangement makes it difficult to carry in a small pouch / compartment.Also, the elastic loop covers the side of the wallet with the unobstructed view, so don't use it when displaying ID or Disability card/s.The ONLY positive is that the outer windows are accessed from whole width, open on short side, slots under main card slots - making them secure and easily displayed in middle of window. Thusly it is 4x removable, 2x fixed cards capacity.Other Rough Enough wallets have an inward facing tag for a split ring.Seller is a nuisance insisting on a phone number. Who gives that over email?Seller won't listen that I don't do texts if I can avoid it and I am Hard Of Hearing so only use email!In short, seller impossible to deal with.What I got was two wallets, each in a sealed bag.The outer bag was split open and damaged.No sign of the lanyards and split rings shown in pictures - so either originally missing, lost or stolen.I assume the packer didn't give a toss as - the box being packed - contained 5 items and maybe they assumed I wouldn't notice!Amazon Warehouse repacks open goods for resale; this was sold as new - not AWD!In themselves the wallets seemeED OK if expensive.Cards a snug fit, no danger of losing them - the wallets ARE PVC!I expectED a higher price from Rough Enough, in return I expectED reliable and durable products - carefully packaged - as advertised.Clearly I did not get what I ordered, let alone value for money here.I could have returned them but it is too much hassle for two lanyards I would probably not have used anyway.I am peed off by the principles under The Consumer Rights Act.It was not as described, not fit for one of the purposes as in the pictures (unless you add your own lanyard) and I have been inconvenienced beyond belief - mostly by seller's responses and refusals to listen!I am.now FORMER customer of Rough Enough.As per feedback:Outer bag split open.Main wallets still sealed.Lanyards missing, either lost or stolen.Should not have been sold as new.Shocking reflection on seller.I trusted the Rough Enough brand and paid a premium as a result.I may never buy this brand FBA again.
