Ninja has it down with multiple possibilities… If you wanna know more, you have to read
After taking it out of the box and running some water through it first, the thing that stood out to me the most when it was all said and done is the fact that I haven’t enjoyed a truly hot cup of coffee ( for those that don’t know coffee is brewed at its finest when the temperature is roughly around 200°F ) !!! Way to go Ninja I give you two thumbs up right off the bat!!! I also like the sleek design and keeping it compact with no wasted space. Leaves more room for other things, again kudos to Ninja!!! I did have the competition at one time and I went through two machines one was a warranty replacement and they didn’t even last a whole year plus they aren’t as sleek of a design and they take up more wasted space. So if you’re looking for sleek and compact and an excellent flavor, this is definitely the product for you! Update I used the ice selection to make iced tea filled my cup full of ice added the correct amount of tea that bags that I wanted and it brewed perfect. I was afraid it was still have a little bit of a warmth to it yet it is nice ice and cold so again two thumbs up to the Ninja inventors Update: this is such a fantastic coffee maker so much better than the competition you can use K pods and as an attachment where you can use grounds or teabags and you can make iced coffee and you can make iced tea there’s just so many possibilities you can even make specialty drinks because it has a frother I mean the possibilities are endless and I just cannot give it enough credit or the inventors enough credit. It’s just awesome so if you like more than just the option of K pods with no extra features and you don’t care how long it last go with the competition otherwise that is the best choice there is hands-down. I even bought my friend one who rarely likes changes and he loves it

In Love!
I expected to like this Ninja coffee machine, but I didn't expect to love it as much as I do! I keep expecting it to do something to make me mad, but it just keeps on making me happy! I usually use a French press with freshly ground coffee, but I have health issues and I am on oxygen, making it difficult to do now. I wanted a simple but good coffee maker and I saw the great reviews for this baby. I've made everything with it except espresso. I love iced coffee in the afternoon and it makes a perfect glass of iced coffee for me. I could never buy a more perfect coffee at any coffee shop! It cleans up nicely. The milk frother is nice. I like that I can choose what size cup I want as well as choosing between classic or rich, to iced or espresso. I can use my freshly ground coffee or use pods. This baby does whatever you're in the mood for! Too bad they don't offer husbands this way! JK lol.. This little machine is just perfect for me and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Versatile and space saving
Perfect, so far. Brews an excellent cup of brewed and k-cup coffee. I appreciate the fact that all of the accoutrements have a dedicated space. The size of the reservoir means I only refill a couple of times a week. Clean up is simple. It brews quickly, and the cup sizes are perfect for me. It takes up far less space than my 8 cup coffee maker, and fits perfectly in its spot on the counter. I would highly recommend this product.

Leaks
My last coffee maker was the keurig duo. After 3 years it started making noises and brewing the wrong cup suzes. I searched every coffee maker for a replacement and found this ninja. I loved everything about it especially the ground coffee basket. It has an attached frother on one side and slide in basket on the other side which holds the ground coffee basket. The ground coffee scoop attaches to the side. It was packed in the ninja box in another. Everything was wrapped separately. It took a lot more time unpacking it than it did to set it up. I followed all the instructions step by step. It was actually quite easy. I flushed the water thru as instructed. Afterwards I put in a peets kcup hit go. It brewed the coffee which was surprisingly too hot to take more than a tiny sip. I really liked this machine and it came in moss green. I left for an hour. When i came back my counter was flooded with water. I immediately thought it was from my old keurig and i hadn't noticed it. I noticed to water tank only had a little bit of water in it. It still didn't click until i refilled the water reservoir and put it back on. Slowly water started seeping from underneath the machine. The water in the reservoir had bubbles. I immediately took the reservoir off and put it on a dry paper towel to look for a crack. There wasn't one and the water wasn't bubbling off the machine. The water was still coming from under the machine because it was already in there. I thought check with Amazon online. I put in the info and the reply was i can get a refund. I didn't want a refund i wanted to exchange it. Nope have to return to kolhs not whole foods or Amazon fresh right below me. I decided to check the instruction sheet again. Ah troubleshooting. There's a section on leaks. The very last scenario is if leak is coming from under the machine call customer service. I call and was pleasantly surprice how easy it was to get to talk to a person. Kellie was very personable. I explained the leaking from under the machine. The impression i got from her was this isn't a common problem we did a video chat she looked at the machine i showed her where the water was coming from. There are 2 empty holes on the bottom. I showed her i can stick my pen up into them. The other holes like those have a screw in them. There are also non skid dots on the corners. She had me put the reservoir with water back on. It took maybe 30 seconds and i said bubblesare starting to form which she was able to see. Luckily i had the dry paper towel where it was as the water began seeping out for her to see in real-time. I told her i thought it was coming thru the holes i could stick my pen into. I was on the phone with her for 30 minutes. Yes they would send me a new machine but even if i cut off the cord the needed this one back. They won't pick it up. I would have to take it the FedEx. There isn't a FedEx anywhere near me. There are a few UPS but it can't go there. They can't send the new until they get they get the defective one. It would a few weeks to get the new one. I thought shark/ ninja would want to look over the machine to find the defect. Then i thought why did i bother and go thru all of this when i can return it to amazon and reorder it. I wasted at least 30 minutes on the phone with shark ninja and didn't get anywhere while water was still leaking from under machine. I thought i was a doing a good thing in case other people were having the same problem. After reading many of the good reviews i decided to read the bad. I'm not the only one with a leaking machine. I packed everything up and put the machine and all parts back into the box to return to amazon. I was going to reorder one even tho they were out of the green before i got to return this one. In 2 or 3 days the price went way up. Now they have 3 different models of this machine. The one i had with the frother was 99.00. I think it's now 30.00. I can do without the frother i only cared about the ground coffee basket. I've been using my french press because i don't have a machine. I'm debating if i should order the one without the frother or buy a new keurig that comes with a basket for grounds. I gave 2 stars because i like the streamlined look of this and there's a place for everything built into the machine and the actual basket for ground coffee not a kcup looking thing.

I love this machine!!!
I have been loving this coffee maker! I have had a favorite coffee maker for years, and it suddenly died. I agonized over a replacement, because I liked that one so much and used it several times a day. It is still made, but the reviews reflected that it is not made for durability like it was when I bought it. I absolutely love this Ninja! I generally use coffee pods, so this is right up my alley. It is so quiet! It will make a variety of sizes for ups, mugs, travel mugs, and iced coffee. One of the features I look for is the ability to brew a strong cup from a pod. The “rich” function on this machine, does the trick! It doesn’t just run water straight through the pod, so that the flavor is lacking. It puts water through the pod in increments to get as much flavor as possible. I used the “over ice” function for the first time yesterday, and it also works slowly enough to pull as much flavor as it can. It was delicious! The brew time is really short, and yet the coffee tastes wonderful, and the temperature is perfectly hot. The machine and it’s components are very easy to clean. It takes up more space from front to back, but has very slim lines and looks good on the counter. The water tank is easy to remove, clean, and fill. I know a couple of people have mentioned having an issue with “exploding pods.” I had this happen ONE time, but I immediately realized why. When you put the pod in the machine, if you just pull the lid down, it may not fully puncture the bottom of the pod appropriately. This causes the hot water to overfill the pod, and it bursts from the pressure. There is a super simple fix!! All you have to do is place the pod in the machine, and press it down, so you feel it puncture the bottom of the pod. THEN close the lid to puncture the top! That’s it! Nothing difficult or time consuming. Just press the pod down before you close the lid. Problem solved! I haven’t had any issues since! 😊 I really am enjoying the ease of use and versatility of this machine. I think it is well made, and will be used for a long time. It is sturdy, without being bulky or heavy. The materials are sleek and easy to clean. I looked at dozens of coffee makers, and read SO many reviews before I made this purchase. The comments about the potential “exploding pods” had me a little concerned, but as I said, that won’t ever be a problem for me after realizing what can cause the issue. I’m an extremely picky person when it comes to my beloved coffee maker, and this Ninja has won me over!

I like that
really love this coffee maker! It is easy to use, doesn’t take up too much space, and makes a great cup of coffee. I especially like being able to make different types of coffee at home. The built-in milk frother is a nice bonus and makes it easy to enjoy cappuccinos and other creamy drinks. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase!

Quick, Easy, and Consistently Good Coffee Every Morning
Here’s a solid, helpful review you can use or tweak: ⸻ I’ve been using my single-serve Ninja coffee maker daily, and overall it’s been a really reliable part of my routine. It heats up quickly and brews a cup fast, which is perfect when I’m rushing in the morning or heading out for a long shift. I like that I can choose different brew sizes without wasting coffee, and it consistently comes out hot and smooth. The flavor is better than I expected from a single-serve machine—no weird aftertaste, and it handles both regular grounds and stronger brews pretty well depending on how I set it. It’s also pretty easy to clean, which is a big win for me since I don’t want extra chores first thing in the morning. The only downsides are that it can be a little noisy while brewing, and the water reservoir isn’t huge, so I end up refilling it more often than I’d like. But honestly, that’s minor compared to the convenience. Overall, it’s a great compact coffee maker that does exactly what it’s supposed to do—quick, consistent coffee without any hassle. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants something simple but dependable.

Better than I Expected
Yes, I was surprised. This unit can make a good cup of coffee. The pod coffee is pod coffee. But the relatively large filter means you can put in more grounds. The shower-head dispersion of water and brew time can extract good stuff. It's hot enough. Storage of filters and scoop is great. The frother works, 'tho milk has to be heated elsewhere. Economical and small footprint. My first Ninja product.

The machine is lovely but in Britain beware.
The coffee machine is very good but beware in Britain the voltage for the machine is 120 volts and in Britain we are 240 volt. To return the machine is very costly, the cost of sending mine back was around £60. Amazon don't want to know about returning the machine, they just send you a label to print off and that's it. I can't understand why Amazon sell items on the market place that don't comply with British voltage.
