Hi. would this fit a s&w mp15-22

Mine is fitted to a standard wooden stock so I have no direct experience of its use on a s&w mp15-22. Given the nature of the stock on the S&W I doubt that it would fit though.

Would this fit a Weihrauch Hw99S air rifle?

I am petty sure it would fit any rifle, as it is vary versatile. Fits my Berretta very well.

How stable is it once fitted? does it squeek and wobble about? or is it really solid?

I have put mine on a CZ rimfire with an American stock. it fits tightly and does not move adapted the bullet holder which will now hold 3 magazines 5 or 10 round. So id say excellent. I put in the thickest pad and it is perfect. to put more in would be fiddly though.

Would this elastic adjustable check riser work with a tikka t1x mtr rifle buttstock?

yes fitted to a browning xbolt 308 fits well
