Sadly the product is not as good as the customer service.

The customer service was great and I got a refund with no hassles. But we had the same problem with the second set as with the first, the handle just snapped off, I think it's only glued on. Shame, the price seemed good.We got the replacement from Builder Depot.

Locks/handles reasonable

Bought this for house share, and all locks come with generic keys, which isn’t made obvious, so be warned not really suitable for more than 1 per household, if you want them to be fit for purpose
