So far I like it. From my experience the noise canceling microphone has been okayish there are times people can hear her and other times is slightly muted. Battery life is great and the connectivity with the dongle is quick and effortless. Head set is easy to use and straight forward. Microphone is clear to the people on the other end.

ANC - Decent but not as strong as AirPods Pro, but it’s good enough to lower down people voice and able to hear the person in the call. Sidetone - This is what I like the most. I can hear my own voice while the ANC is on, in realtime, no echo. It sounds clear and crisp, but in slightly higher pitch. Sometime it feels weird because you can even hear faint lips moist sound and even your own heart beat sound when this feature is on. Sound quality - If you wanna listen music with this, I’d recommend not too. Music quality is just ok, lack of bass. Generally just higher pitch and suits better only for calls. Connectivity - Good amount of options. Have been using the Bluetooth dongle and never have any disconnection or freezing issue with Teams. Battery life - This is strong. Use it for 1-2 hours daily and can last more than a week. I even like it when it can charge wirelessly using the stand. Shipping - Took a whopping 1 month stuck at Order Received and never ship out. After contacting support, cancelling and reordering again would they only start shipping after few days. Terrible experience for international buyer.

I really wanted this to work and when it did, it worked great. Probably one of the better headsets I’ve owned. However, there seems to be some quality control issues going on. The first headset I purchased worked great, everything was crystal clear until it started not recognizing audio sources. I would listen to a video, pause it, then when I resumed there would be no audio. Customer service wasn’t able to figure it out either. No big deal, I’ll live with it. Fast forward a few more months, then the left speaker stopped working all together. Purchased another one. Worked great for another few months and then now it won’t power on. Now I just have an expensive paperweight on my desk. Needless to say, very disappointed in Epos. I guess I’ll just have to stick with Jabra. Even though it’s not the best sound quality, at least it works.

The noise cancellation on the microphone is great. But noise cancellation on the ear piece are bad. It works much much poorer than AirPod pro 1. You will hear everyone speaking

This is likely the most advanced work headset out right now. While EPOS may not be well known, they’re a partnership including Sennheiser - a very well respected name in audio. I cross shopped this with some cheaper headset options (Yealink), as well as Bose and Sony. I’m glad I chose this, as it’s work focused and meets the needs of someone who has to focus in meetings all day. Check out the product manual before you buy so you know about all of the features. ANC works well and the Teams integration is seamless. I recommend HeadsetAdvisor as a seller and for more knowledge on everything work headsets - they’re on top of it.

Ich schreibe nicht häufig Bewertungen, habe hier aber das Gefühl, ein kleines Gegengewicht gegen die in meinen Augen ungerechtfertigt schlechte Bewertung des Produktes bieten zu müssen. Das Headset ist das beste mir bekannte Bluetooth Headset für das Büro. Ich habe den direkten Vergleich mit dem Jabra Evolve 75, dem Jabra Evolve2 75 und dem Poly Voyager Focus 2. Das Epos 1061 bietet die beste Sprachqualität und es schirmt den Gesprächspartner am wirkungsvollsten von Störgeräuschen im Raum ab. Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist extrem stabil. Auch drei Räume weiter funktioniert sie. In normalem Setup (Rechner neben oder auf dem Schreibtisch) gibt es niemals Aussetzer. Die Wiedergabequalität ist ebenfalls super, wobei ich das Gerät aber auch primär zum Telefonieren benutze und Bass und Klang daher nur zweitrangig für mich sind. Dennoch habe ich aufgehört auf meine Audio-Kopfhörer zu wechseln, da der Klang der Epos für mich völlig ausreicht. Das Jabra 75 hat eine winzige Verzögerung bei der Übertragung, was jedoch bei einer hitzigen Diskussion schnell nervig wird, da man dem Gesprächspartner ungewollt ins Wort fällt. Das Poly Voyager wirkt insgesamt etwas veraltet, z.B. durch den Micro-USB Anschluss. Und das Mikrofon filtert Störgeräusche im Raum nicht so wirkungsvoll heraus, sodass der Gesprächspartner mehr davon mitbekommt. Ich neige leider dazu, zu laut zu sprechen, wenn ich meine eigene Stimme nicht höre. Die Talk-Through Funktion leistet wirkungsvoll Abhilfe. Das Jabra bietet zwar eine ähnliche Funktion, diese lässt sich aber nicht laut genug einstellen. Beim Epos ist die höchste Einstellung selbst für meinen Bedarf zu hoch, sodass sie bei mir bei 50% steht. Das Gerät ist tadellos verarbeitet und lässt sich sofort und ohne Installation nutzen. Die Software „Epos Connect“ ist optional und bietet dann Zugriff auf weitere Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, wie die o.g. Talk-Through Lautstärke. Auch der Ladestand ist von den drei Geräten am besten gelöst, da das Headset lediglich aufgelegt werden muss, während man beim Jabra einen integrierten Stecker treffen muss. Ich treffe die Kaufentscheidung für Headsets bei mir in der Firma. Bisher habe ich das Jabra Evolve 75 gekauft (nicht das Evolve2, da ich es für einen Rückschritt gegenüber dem Vorgänger halte). Ab jetzt werde ich das Epos 1061 kaufen.

Please note that this version doesn’t include the charging dock, which I actually prefer. I love that it can be configured through a web interface. No need to ask our IT team to install any software. The noise-cancelling mic is excellent though I find the speaker volume a little low. I had it shipped to the Philippines and received it in less than a week.
