I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia and these are a life saver. Such a relief to have something cold and comfortable to wear, which stays in place, whether sitting or lying down. These ice wraps leave your hands free and are secure. No more hard lumpy ice packs or wet hair. A good company, clear instructions and produced with care.

Item shipped very quickly. I like the fact it can be used hot or cold for different applications. The material makes it very comfortable to wear and it does provide a soothing feeling when worn.

Great for short periods of time
I love this for when I have a bad headache, the Velcro is good and it stays flush to my head. The only problem is it feels like it goes warm again very quickly, so only good for short bursts of time. It’s good while it lasts though!

Short term pain relief
Weight of this is great & it's soft & comfortable. Not terribly effective though. I put in the fridge for over 2 hours. Pain relief was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, so next time I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It was cooler but still didn't last for long, however, it says you're only supposed to use short term. Not great when you have a pounding headache.

Presa perché la mia ragazza soffre di emicrania, inizialmente ero scettico ma questa fascia aiuta moltissimo a ridurre i sintomi e quando l'emicrania non è fortissima evita anche l'assunzione di medicinali.
