Making the switch to this!!!
Not ever going back to traditional grits. I can't find this in of the stores where I live, and in switching to a healthier way of eating/ living, these replace regular grit with no regret or looking back. You will not feel bloated after eating this like you would with Quaker grits. Polenta is filling and lite on your stomach at the same time.

Nice coarse grind. I use it under my sourdough to keep it from sticking.Also make creamy polenta. It takes longer to cook than instant, but the taste and texture is superior to instant.
