Wasn't really expecting much but needed to try something. Device was comfortable and easy to insert. It immediately felt like air was more free flowing. After a good night's sleep my husband was happy to report that my snoring was significantly reduced, much less snoring overall and what there was, was much quieter. Best night's sleep he's had in ages!

Only been using these for a week, but I can already feel the benefits. I've used several different brands of nasal strips for a few months now, but they've left me with a nose like Rudolph. I started looking at alternatives and came across Mute. Initially skeptical I gave them a go and haven't regretted it for one minute. I bought the starter set to get the sizing right, which has allowed me to experiment. My Mrs was in hysterics when I first showed her but she's changed her tune and is happy with the results. I find the fit ok. It's mildly uncomfortable for about 30 seconds then I don't notice it's there till the morning. I'm waking up less in the night, which I think is why I'm feeling more refreshed and most importantly in a better mood. I genuinely think this is helping not just my sleep (and my wife's) but my general demeanor. They probably aren't for everyone so I feel fortunate they work for me. I've knocked a star off as I do feel they are expensive, that said if you look at the price Vs the benefit delivered, its a no brainer and I will be buying them when time comes to replace them.

I don't understand the reviews from the people below; they talk about better breathing and a bit of help with snoring. The question that everyone wants to know is do they stop snoring at night and i can say with no hesitation they do nothing to stop snoring ,my wife says they possibly made it worse, but maybe that's because she was listing more in the hope of having a good night's sleep, i tried various sizes for a week and fitted them as instructed. the only reason im giving 1 star is you do seem to breathe easier because it's opening your nostrils a bit more, but breathing is not my problem ------ snoring is!!!

They work and are comfortable at first but i usually end up with a sore/bleeding septum after a few days use.

I bought the starter pack as I wasn’t sure what size my nostrils would be. I have a deviated septum and very often I can’t breathe through my nose properly and I’ve became used to this over the years. However my snoring at night has caused issues with my wife and I with her losing sleep over it for years now and it’s caused me to need to sleep on the couch multiple times. First time using them and my life has improved for several reason! I can breathe properly again as normal, I don’t snore at night nearly half as much as is used to, I sleep most of the night and wake up feeling more refreshed and energetic and it’s improved the sleep quality for my wife. She even tried the size medium and she had great results too but thought that she would need the small size, so I’ve just bought the 3 pack of small ones for us both to use going forward. I sleep with it in every night now for the last 2-3 weeks and I feel the downside if I fall asleep without putting it in. They can be ever so slightly uncomfortable, but are by no means invasive or too hard. The only time that you may feel pain is in the morning after wearing them all night, but once you take them out in the morning it just goes back to normal and you can carry on with your day. I’m so glad I found these and they are so worth the money for the increase in quality of life.

I'm glad bought these before seeing the terrible reviews, because I don't know what i would do without them! They do make the inside of your nose sore until you get used to them but totally worth it to be able to breathe

I bought these hoping they would help me breathe through my nose easier and prevent snoring. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a good fit as the sizing wasn’t great for me. As noses are different for everyone, I wouldn’t completely write it off for all, but I basically needed the size small to be longer so I could move it further up the nostrils. The large was long enough, but the size of the bits on the end was too big. Despite this, they were really easy to put in and didn’t feel too obstructive. They felt like they were good quality, and could be reused a fair few times as they didn’t feel sticky or tacky after a few nights of trying it. I can’t call on the effectiveness and functionality, but I would say if your nose is a little shorter they’re worth trying.

I’m not snoring; I’m dreaming I’m a motorcycle! I’ve been the recipient of a rather sharp elbow many times, because my wife insists I snore and keep her awake. I’ve tried a few different anti-snoring devices including nasal strips, dilators, mouth inserts and even a foul tasting foam that you squirt down your throat at night time (it made me gag and didn’t work) I bought these after seeing the same or similar product on TV presented by Eammon Holmes and his wife. I bought the trial pack first, which contains a small, medium and large size and established the best fit for me was the largest. Rather than the ‘basket’ style, these are quite narrow hoops. Each of these hoops can be individually adjusted for size to accommodate different nostril sizes which ensures a perfect fit. I then bought this pack of the large sized dilators, confident they would fit. Since starting to wear these, I’m told there has been a noticeable reduction in my snoring. I don’t find them uncomfortable to wear and, unlike the basket style, I find they stay put all night. As soon as they’re in, I can definitely feel an increase in the amount of air I’m drawing in with each breath. Even better, because they’re reusable they work out much more cost effective than the adhesive breathing strips. Whilst I appreciate they will not work for everyone because there are different causes of snoring, for me they have resulted in a definite improvement and I will continue using them. Why not 5 stars? Well, the adjustment isn’t very precise and it’s fiddly to get the sizing just right - it just takes a bit of trial and error and the adjustment paddles can feel a bit uncomfortable until the sizing is perfect. Absolutely worth a go if you’re a snorer and nostril dilation works for you.

La texture est souple et le bienfait immédiat pour respirer plus largement. La gêne ressentie au début s'estompe rapidement. Malheureusement, je ne le garde pas toujours toute la nuit, mais je ne sais pas s'il tombe tout seul ou si c'est moi qui l'enlève pendant la nuit dans mon sommeil. Je recommande cependant ce produit sans aucune hésitation.

Semplicemente spettacolare. Io lo uso per una migliore respirazione notturna a causa del setto nasale stretto. Ne ho provati svariati e questo funziona veramente bene. Io sono anni che ne uso quindi l'ho travato comodo fin da subito, altri ci si dovranno abituare, ma è normale. Non si muove minimamente durante la notte, nemmeno sbadigliando. Estremamente soddisfatto.

Muy buen producto. Yo no ronco (o eso creo) pero durante la noche me cuesta trabajo respirar por algún tipo de alergia, lo cual me hace despertarme de noche y no descansar al 100%. Con este producto he podido dormir muy bien sin interrupciones. Lo único es que no estoy seguro de que dure 10 noches cada uno... anoche ya se me desprendio. Aun asi, vale la pena.

I bought almost all the nasal dilation products out there, this by far is the best one and the most well made for daily use. I tried the magnets and the straps and other products that go inside the nose, but nothing did the job like this one.
