I originally purchased this for my work laptop, as it is docked underneath my desk and colleagues sometimes have a hard time hearing me. This was perfect for addressing that issue and I even bought a second one for my desktop computer and have them next to each other. It is easy to turn one off/mute while using the other device.In addition to being useful for audio/video calls, I use this daily for voice to text transcription as well as to use Dragon software (which I am using for this review LOL).10/10 would recommend!!

Works with Teams and Zoom. Like the mute button which is the primary reason I got this mic. Not sure sure about the AI mic control.

My wife conducts a Zoom call with our 4 daughters each week. I had to replace her Mac with an updated Mac Mini. As you all know, it does not have an onboard microphone. I also had to provide a monitor.........all of which cost less than a desktop Mac these days. Anyway, I provided her a high quality camera that had an onboard microphone. My girls kept telling her that she was hard to hear and when they could hear her, it sounded more like a "robot" speaking. So......I did one more research project to find a good quality microphone. This product, AIRHUG 21, with AI noise suppression did the trick. It is a small form factor with a normal sound pickup response that most folks will use, but it also has a noise suppression element that can be turned on, reducing or eliminating background noise like dog barking, or a robot vaccum doing its thing. My girls raved about how clear their Mom's voice was on the call today. I was a hero for choosing this microphone. It is excellent and small for desktop use as well as easily portable. I would highly recommend this purchase if you are looking for a super quality and small form factor that works really well. This baby is for you. I still can't believe the performance for the dollar........great value.

Perfect for my office. I do alot of Teams calls and this was a better choice than the clunky headset mic combo I was using. I like the mute option and the color indicator.

I had a couple of minor setup issues (mostly related to Siri functionality), but got them resolved in short order and the product now works great.

Outstanding microphone. Meetings using it is excellent. The mute/unmute button is very handy. I would highly recommend this to anyone, probably the best desk microphone I have ever used. Build quality is also good.

I would NOT recommend this product. Support is horrible. Product isn't even listed on their web site. There is no manual explaining voice commands to turn on device and other functions. Furthermore it has been determined by Microsoft that there are problems with Window 11. Contact was made to obtain a new driver that was compatible with Windows 11. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but could not even get original driver. It's not on their Help Center.
