The wall mount design is sturdy and easy to install. It holds the cable securely without any hassle, and the holder for the charging plug fits perfectly. Great little addition to the charge point at home. It has three screws to hold it to the wall and the front cover is held in place by two smaller screws. It's well made, sturdy and the overall appearance is nice.

This really helps to safely store our plugin hybrid charger when not in use and also allows us to leave it outside. 4 stars only because it is too easy to not clip the charger end in properly and it drops on the floor. Dead easy to install and good value for money.

My Hyundai Ioniq is exceptionally efficient and even doing 10,000-12,000 miles a year the 3 pin charger that came with the car has been perfectly adequate for me over the last 2.5 years of driving fully electric. After a while, I started getting sick of throwing the cable over a wheelie bin all the time only for it to drop to the floor and cause more and more scratches. This wall holder fits the plug absolutely perfectly and seems more than robust enough to last at least a couple of years. Absolutely fine and will probably increase the longevity of the charging plug too.

Nice holder for charger. Easy to install and keeps water from getting into handle. Mine has been in use a year and still looks like new. Well designed and sturdy.

The QIAO Type 2 EV Charger Holder does its job, but I expected a bit better quality for the price. The wall mount fits the charging plug well and helps keep the cable tidy, preventing it from dragging on the ground. Installation was simple and only took a few minutes. However, the plastic feels somewhat lightweight and not as strong as I hoped — I worry it may not hold up well over time, especially outdoors. It’s fine for indoor use or under a sheltered area, but if you plan to install it outside, make sure it’s protected from harsh weather. Overall, it’s a decent product that works, but I’d prefer a more solid build for long-term durability.

The combined plug retainer/ cable storage that came with my charger was really flimsy and held the plug horizontally so when it rained water could get in so I started looking for a replacement. I was recommended this by a chap on a computer forum and having read through the reviews thought I would give it a try. When it turned up it came in a good size box and was well packaged. It seems to be of good quality and had instructions on how to mount it. It took me around ten minutes to fit it and was easy to do. It holds the cable securely and the plug is now at a 45 degree downwards angle meaning that rain can no longer get in the plug. Releasing the plug is simple with a decent size release tab placed just right for your thumb to release while holding the cable. A great bbit of kit for not a lot of money.

Ik heb deze houder nu een jaar in gebruik en zou het niet willen missen. Reuze handig. Werk soepel en is degelijker dan het eruit ziet. Op de tesla laadpaal zit ook een houder maar is onhandig geplaatst en gaat stroef.
