My favorite cutter is the 60 mm I use it a lot. These are sharp. They can easily be sharpened. Makes cutting easier. Bc of the size you can cut more fabric at one time.

As a quilter, I rely on rotary blades that are cost effective, sharp, and last a long time. These blades fit my Olfa rotary cutter perfectly and are a good value for the money. These days I will only use blades made by a Japanese company. UPDATE: Whenever I change the blade, I CAREFULLY wipe the oil off with a paper towel. This will often let me know if I have more than one blade. I clean the blade cover and then put 2 small drops of sewing machine oil on it before I put the new blade in. I don't tighten the nut all the way, letting the blade rotate more freely. Hope this helps for some who have problems with the blades.

I've been using a 60mm rotary cutter while working on my first quilt, so having replacement blades on hand is important. A rotary cutter is only as useful as the blade in it, and once a blade starts getting dull, you really notice the difference when cutting fabric. These HEADLEY TOOLS blades are a convenient way to keep replacements available rather than waiting until the current blade is completely worn out. The 60mm size is especially nice for cutting larger pieces of fabric and making long cuts along a quilting ruler. I also appreciate having multiple replacement blades together so I don't feel like I need to keep using a dull one longer than I should. Fresh blades make cleaner cuts and require much less pressure. If you regularly use a 60mm rotary cutter for quilting, sewing, or other craft projects, it's definitely worthwhile to keep spare blades with your supplies.

Be very careful when taking these out - these are very sharp and do the job beautifully. I like the fact that they are packed well with some sort of oil on them so each one slides off the pile.
