Excellent Performance, Quality & Customer Support
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been using this CPU for the last 6 months, and my experience has been excellent. The performance is smooth and reliable, and I have not faced any major issues so far. The customer support is also good very good and responsive. I am actually using 3 systems from the same brand since 2022, and all of them have performed really well. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this product to others. Great quality, good performance, and excellent customer support!

Great value desktop for daily work – smooth even after months of use
Bought this Cyntexia desktop in October 2025 and have been using it regularly since then. Performance is smooth for daily work like browsing, MS Office, online classes, PDFs, and multitasking. The i7 + 16GB RAM + SSD combo still works well, boot time is fast, and apps open quickly. Windows 11 came pre-installed, so setup was easy. HDMI and VGA ports are useful, especially for older monitors. No heating or major issues so far. Not for heavy gaming, but perfect for office or home use. Overall: Good value for money and reliable for daily work. 👍

Buyer Beware: Cheap internal parts and ZERO warranty support
Be aware before buying from this seller. They completely ignore warranty claims and refuse to respond to support emails. They clearly use cheap, substandard internal parts to build these systems. In my case, the internal storage drive suffered a complete hardware failure after barely a year of use. The overall quality is incredibly poor, and the seller takes absolutely no responsibility for their defective products. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand.

Great cpu for normal/work from home purpose
CPU has all the same specifications as described on the product page. It doesn't lag or slow down while browsing or using ms office applications. It comes in very good packaging very securely packed. Very affordable as it has 16gb ram and 512gb ssd

Really good product for the price, it's a proper gaming cpu, just add a 4GB grapics card to this like the ones from zebronics and you can play everything from cyber punk to gta5, additionally solidworks and auto cad also work really well on this.

One of the worst
One of the worst, within 1 year os crashed, harddisk had to be replaced, why do you sell such products ?

Very good Pc for a reasonable price
I've been using this pc for the past two months. The performance has been excellent. All the basic softwares has been pre installed. The customer service from the seller side also helpful. Received the product in a very safe package. This seller provides PCs at a very good price when comparing to others.
