Good for hayfever
Unblocks my nose and super easy to use, you get a good few sprays out of it so it's good value and the strength is perfect. Good for hayfever, no side effects but has the usual burn of a nasal decongestant.

Easy to use and no side effects for me when used properly. Relieves sinusitis effectively and within about 5 minutes, lasting for hours. There is no strange smell and it doesn’t leave a weird taste either. Definitely recommend.

Be very careful how often you use this
A mixed review as this stuff does work really well for clearing a blocked nose BUT although I only used it each night before sleeping while I had the flu, it has still left me with scarring inside my nose that is taking a long time to heal.
