hOmeLabs Dehumidifier 1,800 Sq Ft 8 Pint (MAX 24 Pint at 95°F, 90% RH)

Purchase this dehumidifier for a cross fit with no air conditioning. It made a huge difference, no more wet floors. Although, it doesn’t cool the room, taking the moisture out was an improvement. We ended up buying a small garden hose and draining in floor drain. Otherwise, we will emptying every 2 hours which showed it was working.

This thing works great. I have bout several other brands for my home but this is by far the best. I have a 1,600sq ft home. And I empty this dehu 3-4 times a day during the really humid days. My other dehus (same size, different brands) don't seems to run as well and they maybe fill once a day. It is a bit noisy but I like white noise.

Great dehumidifier with a very good warranty. I have 2 rooms in the basement with one home unit in each for over 8 years but one unit died after great service which is longer than I expected. The other is still running. I set the humidistat an let it do its job. Of course I replaced it with a newer home dehumidifier and expect long service. I highly recommend this humidifier.

I wasnt happy with the noise orginally and within the 30 days of purchasing it has only become more of an issue. Now, it is making a loud, decibel-level ticking noise that when I get home I can use a decibel reader if needed to show how annoying and weird it sounds. Never have I had a dehumidifier that was this noisy. The drainage worked fine, it is easy to use per say, but please also know the unit expels alot of heat.

This Dehumidifier is filling up every 24 hours or less. It is a workhorse and makes the rooms cooler, since it is taking the moisture out of the air. I have one downstairs, hooked to a hose and the one upstairs I dump the 50 pint bucket. I have had the one downstairs for 4+ years and it works great.

We bought this to try to reduce the humidity inside the home during the summer heat. We were first pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, and it has been able to remove enough water to keep things comfortable. Emptying it isn’t difficult, but I would advise you pour it carefully (we ended up making a bit of a mess as we weren’t prepared for that). We highly recommend this dehumidifier!

So far so good; I've had it for 2 months. It's still pretty loud. However, since it is 7K sq ft, it lowers the humidity in the basement quite quickly. It does shut off once it reaches the set percentage, but then it kicks on again right away. My basement isn't that humid anyway, so I think it is pretty sensitive.

This was a relatively recent purchase and, so far, it's holding up great! I use it in my crawlspace and it's doing a great job. In my experience, these dehumidifiers rarely last 2 years in my crawlspace before they go bad. I expect this one will last just as long. If it surpasses two years I will try to remember to come back and update my review. But so far, so good.
