I’m pleased I chose this product. I wanted to go with a main brand because I felt safer with long term parts availability should anything go wrong (Candy gives you a 10 year parts guarantee). After running the fridge, I’ve checked both fridge and freezer temperature with a thermometer and it’s all spot on where it should be. Feels well built and of good quality, and I believe it’s very good value for money. It looks smart in my kitchen, and the storage capacity is excellent. I purchased the model with the water dispenser as a way to encourage my son to drink more water, and I know with this - it makes it impossible to fit the big 6 pint milk bottles in the fridge door, so I’ve now started buying the smaller bottles to keep on the fridge shelf.. I knew this would be the case before buying, because the water dispenser mechanism eats into the door space. No issue for me though, but.. the top shelf in the fridge door - I’ve not installed this, because I find when it’s installed it makes filling up the water tank very difficult as I choose not to remove the water tank when refilling - I just undo the top and fill it with a jug. It’s still fine for me, as I probably wouldn’t have put anything on the top door shelf anyway.. but be mindful of this.

Excellent, perfect customer service and delivery too. Looks great, have to leave it settle first but plenty of room in both fridge and freezer. Very good quality with a water dispenser too.

Lovely fridge freezer but unfortunately it was damaged on the corner with a dent

I was reluctant to buy this Fridge Freezer after reading some reviews that it dosen't keep cold enough and the noise from it can be heard from another room. Not this fridge Freezer, stays perfectly cold the Freezer does what it supposed to and you can't hear a thing standing next to it. Good size inside and good all round value. Delivery was quick with options for all day or scheduled.

This is a fabulous fridge freezer but unfortunately I had to return it as I managed to fix my existing one (always check the fuse first) The only disappointment was that the watercdispenser did not dispense any water( the tank holds out over 1 litre of water) and thecsize of the water dispenser makes placing bottles in the fridge door and bit of a chore as the 2vlitres of milk i bought just about fitted although the bottle was deformed by the protruding water dispenser. Also the instruction manual could include diagrams to indicate where the supplied plastic parts go as maybe I needed to assemble something to get the dispenser to work ) the written instructions are quite vague. The unit is quiet in use and gets cold quickly and apart from the lack of door space due to the water dispenser, its a very good fridge freezer, I just dont have need for it due to fixing my existing one

There appear to be a generic group of 50/50 fridge freezers of this size and cost. Unfortunately the only way we can keep the fridge to Food Standards Agency guide lines (less than 5c) is by running it at its lowest setting (2c). This results in the freezer being at - 27c as there is no separate temperature control for it. Yes, our kitchen is warm at 25c because of the boiler, but this is really not good enough and how will this fridge work in the summer months? We think it's got to be returned.

The fridge freezer is great lots of room in both, good value for money. I only had an issue with delivery men as i paid for the service to have my old appliance removed and it was left outside my house. i’m still yet to receive a refund for this service.

Bought the product the first time and it was faulty, due to it being really noisy. Didn’t realise this until a few months later as it was for my mother in law so didn’t notice until I was there. Sent a few videos to customer service and they sent an engineer out. Engineer came out and straight away said it was a manufacturing fault and the cabinet had failed and could not be fixed. Took ages of back and forth with Amazon to get a replacement/refund. Eventually got there and the new one is spot on. Good size. Nice and quiet. Lots of space in the fridge and freezer.
