Yah, that’s a big miss.
So I’ve had this bag a short while now and used it only a few times. I’m 6’4” 175lbs (79kg/ 12.5st ). Anything over about 5lbs / 2.5kg and the bag is uncomfortable. It’s one of the “heaviest carrying” bags I’ve used. And by that I mean, it amplifies the weight of anything in it. Think shopping bag on your fingers. The straps are not fit for purpose, they dig in shore only and the lack of structure really makes the weight sit heavy. This would be less of an issue if the sternum strap had a reasonable amount of adjustment up and down, but it doesn’t. So either the bag is super high and the strap is somewhat high or the bag is lower down and the strap is by my collar bone. Ok, you’re saying that’s tall I won’t have that problem. Maybe. So let’s talk about how horrible the front pocket is. The whole bag is a floppy design so anything beyond a couple of pens and it folds in half. Alright fine. We want light and somewhat malleable, the problem is everything falls out if your mind slips, for just one minute, to close it before opening the bag. Even knowing that I can’t count on two hands the number of times things flew onto the floor. Maybe you can get the muscle memory faster than me, I just find it incredibly annoying. Finally; let’s talk about the rigidity. The back panel adds some structure that takes away mostly from jamming it down, but doesn’t actually give the bag any rigidity. If you’re not stuffing a brick shaped thing in the bottom it’s not standing in anyway, not even leaning against something. So it’s the worst of both worlds, budget for a hero clip. The bag gets two stars for looks and material, but also note that the bag arrived damaged to me from standard shipping. How you ask? That’s the final bit. The key tether is abysmal. It’s hard enough that when they shipped the bag it rubbed on the inside of the pocket and left marks on the outside. Without even having keys. Whatever they tried to do with this, they missed badly. the thing is, they carried all of this into almost every bag they make. So I’d find a different brand. Great slings and pouches. Miserable backpacks. Backpacks need more design consideration than a wallet bellroy.

Great Backpack!
This Bellroy backpack is great. The quality is great, sturdy and easy to clean. Having multiple pockets outside and inside make it a great option for me. The backpack is not too big, so it make sit easy to travel with, specially when packing light. It's comfortable to wear. I carry a 15.7" laptop, an 11" iPad and a few other items.

No es la súper mochila, pero está bien construida
Me gusta que sea relativamente impermeable pues puedo cargar mi cámara y mi MacBook sin problema, ahora bien, después de caminar con la mochila, se suda mucho, Thule o Patagonia. No te hacen sudar tanto. Algo cara para lo que ofrece, pero si tienes dinero o curiosidad por probar una marca nueva, adelante

Good for EDC or Travel
Wonderful all around backpack. Works great as an everyday carry pack and as a carry on when traveling. The pockets are cleverly placed and have their own, independent, volume. The backpack is stylish, has a large carry capacity, and is made from premium materials. The bag is comfortable but can become slightly uncomfortable if worn for a longer period. My only negative is the shoulder straps could use a little more padding. Overall, it’s worth the money.

Love the bag but I miss a handle on the side!
I absolutely adore this bag, but it has a significant drawback when used with wheeled carry-on luggage. When using it with wheeled carry-on luggage, the bag rests horizontally on the roller bag. If a bagpack has a horizontal carry-on pass-through, it must have a handle on the side too. Without this handle, it becomes challenging to maneuver the bag through the carry-on handle or remove it from it.
