I really like these squat wedge blocks. They feel sturdy under my feet, and the textured surface helps keep my feet from slipping. I’ve been using them for stretching and different exercises at home, and I like that I can adjust the setup depending on what I’m doing. They’re lightweight but still feel stable while in use. I got this to help with recovery from foot and calf surgery. I used something similar with the physical therapist and liked it, so I bought this. I like that it is adjustable and helps me get a good stretch in my calf. So far, I only use it to stretch my calves, but eventually I may use it for more exercises.
