Menopause symptoms relieved
I have been taking these for a few months now, and I think they are helping me with the night sweats and hot flushes as they now seemed to have nearly gone. I cannot be 100% sure as I am also taking Maca root and ashwaganda, but I am not stopping them to find out! They are very reasonably priced, natural and if they are doing the job, totally worth it!! No side effects, no taste and no toxic chemicals e.g. synthetic man made hormones.

What a difference to my sleep!
Took some the day I received them and that night was the first uninterrupted nights sleep I had had in a long time. No waking up hot and bothered. I couldn’t believe it! I’m amazed at the difference it’s made. I still get the odd hot flash but nowhere as much as I did before and not during sleep. I really recommend these after trying other OTC peri and meno supplements, I will be sticking with these.

Massively reduces night sweats
As soon as I started taking these my night sweats have virtually stopped and they were the worst symptom of the menopause for me! Even during the current heatwaves! Hot flushes during the day have greatly improved too. 100% recommended these natural supplements. No side effects for me either.
