TFC-1 Personal-Size 1-Cup Coffeemaker, White

For those who have to make only one cup at a time, it is terrific. I've used it every day for a year. The permanent filter got dark pretty quickly, so I ordered 1 cup filters from Melitta, and it makes it really easy and fast to make that cup of coffee. It's easy to forget to turn off the switch, so it's best to do it immediately, as you remove your coffee cup.

I bring my coffee with me whereever I travel - from Puerto Rico to Alaska. I purchased several of these inexpensive, yet durable coffee makers which have traveled well and afford me the ability to have a machine in several of my shipping cases and luggage pieces, so I'm never without. It makes a good cup of coffee with my coffee and I'm well satisfied with it's ability to handle the larger and smaller cup sizes. It's easy to clean and I like the built-in filter.

This is an attractive looking item and it DOES make one cup of coffee. However, it is very slow compared to my previous Black and Decker. Also, it does not shut off automatically like the B & D. With this one, I have time to take my pre-breakfast pills, get the morning paper and check my e-mail while it is brewing. Not all bad, I guess!

Not very happy with this product. Had one many years ago and since it is no longer available I purchased this one. The coffee is not hot and it takes too long to make. I use it only when it is essential to my time allotment, however, the older model (which I still have and am unwilling to give up) makes hot coffee and does it much quicker. Sorry to say I wish they made the older model again.

This is a little bit slow to actually make the cup of coffee, but it does the job. It's slow enough that it finishes making one cup of coffee in about the same time as my regular coffee pot makes 3-4 cups, but it's decent enough when I just want one cup.We've had it for a few years -- I use it every few days and it still works.

I was looking for a one cup coffee maker, so decided to purchase this as the price was right. I have used it every day since and I am very pleased with its performance. It is also very easy to keep clean and maintain. You can't go wrong if you purchase it.

This little coffeemaker is just right at a very good price. I appreciate the attachment for using a larger mug than the one that comes with it. Sometimes the coffee does spatter a bit while the cup is filling but not enough to negate a good review. I have very limited counter space in my little kitchen so this is a perfect coffeemaker.

Even though I drink coffee all day long, I enjoy its being fresh with each cup. Plus, if I happen to make a "bad batch" I'm not stuck with a whole pot of coffee I don't like.Only drawback, it doesn't have a heating element to keep the coffee hot. (What do I expect for $15.00?) BUT that just means I have to drink it right away, while it's fresh.Also like that it's small and doesn't take up much room on the counter.
