Really good pre-workout for energy and pump! I am using dynamite ( berry burst)for past 2 months and I really love it . Currently I switched to ( valencia orange) both taste really good and give better pump and energy 🥵

This not hard hiting pre it's mid and too slow this pre will not give you instant kick it takes time to hit like 20+ min
