Safety First with refillable propane tanks - Fue Kegs fit the bill.
Previously I have been refilling Bernzomatic canisters but this really is a time consuming and indeed dangerous task. It can be done by freezing the empty tank and using the adapter and inverting the 9kg tank to transfer the liquid gas. But after you have done this 3 or 4 times the cans start to look like they're becoming dangerous with rust spots etc. and with only a sip on plast cap to protect the thread or prevent valve leaks, I was never really confident in refilling these. So, started to compare the Fuel Keg product versus the Flame King product. I went with the Fuel Keg as it is a more recent design, and I am very happy with this choice. It really does take less than 2 minutes to refill the Fuel Keg and it feels really secure and safe. One tip - I didn't like the look of the supplied plastic caps so I also purchased Joywayus Solid Brass Refill Propane Bottle Cap Universal for All 1 LB Gas Tank Cylinder Sealed Protect Cap which really makes me feel that this tank is now really safe and secure as the brass cap will also protect against a valve leak. One other thing, when researching this, the Fuel King canister looked as though it was a bigger build than the disposable Bernzomatic or Coleman canisters and may not fit on my Weber Baby Q, but I'm pleased to say that it fits the Weber perfectly (and also my Coleman BottleTop Propane Stove with Adjustable (single) Burner being only a milimeter or 2 wider than the disposable cans, but the product is definitely more sturder and heavier than the disposables, so now I'm happly refilling these with a "Saftey First" peace of mind and I've retired my recycled Berzomatics and I've already recovered my investment in the Fuel Kegs.

stop wasting your money on the green ones and buy these!!!
I bought a Mr buddy heater and started using the green tanks until I found out about these. These things are so easy to fill and are a no brainer is you are running a heater or a small stove. I own about 6 of these now and I got my money out of them in about 1 week. they are more expensive than the green ones you can get at the store but if you get your 15 pound tank refilled it will cost you about 2 dollars per refill tops. The are a little heavier than the green ones but I think its because they are built better. they seem to be the same size as the green ones. they are all metal with seems to be brass fittings. The one thing I have to say about them, they have a gasket and a plastic ring on the past that screws on the heater/stove etc. just keep an eye out because on 2 of the tanks I lost the washer and plastic ring and I reached out to MR buddy and they said that that was an older model issue and them mailed me 2 replacements for free. They are just a good company in my opinion. The part was so easy to install. I would not stop this small issue stop you from saving money and time. just get them and refill as needed. no need to over pay for propane.
