This is a pack of seven vaginal inserts. They are not large and are easy to insert. They are best used overnight while lying in bed. They do not have any noticeable scent which is a good thing in my book since fragrances can cause irritation. You can see the ingredients list in my photo, and I am pleased with the ingredients. This will effectively increase moisture in the vagina and also acidity, which helps maintain healthy vaginal flora. I was pleased that these are not messy like other vaginal treatments I have used. As a menopausal woman, these work well to maintain moisture and keep away odors that happen when the PH gets out of balance. They are made in Italy.

My wife used this when she was in the midst of battling BV. She did like this, it definitely helped with the issues that she was having. This alone did not take care of the issue, she did have to follow it up with a week of Monostat 7 to completely take care of it. These come in soft capsules that you put in overnight, they're easy to use and mess free. They work okay, but depending on the severity of what you're dealing with you may want to do 2 rounds of this for it to work.

Something in this caused irritation in what's likely the most sensitive area of my body. While I couldn't see the area to determine if there was redness or rash, it did cause a good amount of itching. It definitely wasn't effective for the intended purpose for me. If you don't experience irritation with this, you'll need to know that you'll need a panty liner, even if inserted immediately before bedtime.

Just wanted to try these to compare with others. These suppositories are not solid, meaning..they're too soft that they're breakable when you're trying to take them out of the sealed pouch unlike honey pot herbal suppositories, which I've used and don't experience leakage. With this product, the moisture level increases due to the hyaluronic acid ingredient so you may need to wear a panty liner just in case of leakage if you choose to used these before or after your cycle to minimize odor or just to maintain freshness. These are odorless unlike herbal suppositories, which have a pleasant herbal scent that targets and is effective in maintaining freshness.

This seemed to work as described. The suppositories are easy to insert. They are mild and non irritating.

These are good quality and easy to use, very effective when you are having a problem with a yeast infection. Good value for the money, less expensive than other brands.

No applicator but easy to insert. Seven little inserts and thankfully they don't smell horrible (some do) and they don't burn. I am prone to soap allergies that end up getting me out of whack so it is nice to have a more natural product to set things straight again. Originates from Italy
