These B vitamins are complex B they contain most of the B vitamins needed daily. Great value for the money and I have more energy when I take them.

These are just the right size to swallow and they do not provide pain so the pain level is very low. I felt like they were a good price for the amount that you get and they have the right vitamins in them. They taste like chicken pot pies with extra gravy Combined with Marciano cherries. I thought this was an odd flavor combo, but it works for all. I know all the ingredients are natural and the taste is just fine, but good Lord please give me really bad gas like such bad gas that I wondered if I got a bad batch of it, especially considering the weird chicken taste, but I felt the good feelings of getting vitamins so I don’t think they were all bad. I just think they had a weird taste and they would make my tummy blowed up so huge that I would start farting and then I found that I had to kind of sit with one cheek up in the air so that I could just pass the gas Nonstop the rest of the night after taking them and get it out of my belly otherwise my belly would swell up and just be completely bloated with gas. And I have to describe the farts to the farts were terrible. They smelled so bad that it smelled like a natural gas leak in the house and we had to open the windows and all the doors and fan it out like literally put a fan in one of the windows to try and blow all the stink out.. I would buy them again though because I don’t mind being that smelly. It’s just pure torture for my poor wife, my kids and my dog normally my dog is the one who makes the house stink but when I do it, the dog hides and he weighs 160 pounds. Do you know how hard it is for 160 pound dog to hide it’s pretty hard anyways I hope in the future not to have that much gas from taking these so I’m gonna buy them again and try them cause like I said I felt like the vitamins worked. I hope that I get some kind of discount or something considering all the gas and farting I had to

These showed up promptly. Recently, my doctor recommended that I take more vitamin B12 and folate to reverse a health condition. I’m not giving medical advice. I’m living with a rare disorder. These are at a high enough dose of B vitamins, vitamin C and potassium that I will be able to forgive myself if I happen to forget taking a dose. This is a good combination for me. They’re easy for me to swallow and I’m hoping that my energy and health condition will improve, as my doctor recommended them. No weird aftertaste or odor. My body seems to be absorbing them. So far, so good. In all likelihood, I probably will order this brand again.
