Does what it says, despite not being Ronseal ๐คฃ
I wanted a good paint remover for a concrete garage floor, researched over and over again and took the plunge on this. It's brilliant. Brush it on really thick then leave it for an hour, come back and either scrape it off or jet wash it and paint more or less lifts off. Had to go over a few bits the day after but all done, now to paint the floor with epoxy resin paint.

Great on varnish but not so good on paint.
You need to allow time on paint as it not like old paint strippers that had stronger chemicals but worse for voc and environment. Did the job eventually.

Works very well.
Tried two other wells known brands before this. We found this one the best and the most financially economical. Tip put plenty on and cover up with with something to keep the moisture such as plastic bags.

It doesnโt remotely work. Donโt waste your money !
This is absolute crap. I cannot believe the advert hype. It does not bubble the paint or make any sort of decent disturbance, so you have half a chance of removing the paint properly. Instead it attempts to soften the paint, but not enough to remove any. It would be easier to spend hours sanding, which is the point of these paint removal products, boasting to save time. I followed the instructions to the letter. How disappointing and what a waste of money !

I thought stripper would strip?!
Apparently this has it's limitations. It does strip SOME paint but it's very weak. They are misleading in their description of it's implied effectiveness. Whatever the paint was that I wanted stripped resisted this stuff almost completely. It clearly has more effect on some paints than others... I feel they are obliged to make this clear yet they choose not to. I cannot recommend this product.

Best paint stripper on the market
The best paint stripper I've ever seen, easy to use, doesn't smell horrific, took the paint off and ancient door no problem. Only thing is follow the instructions and only leave it for an hour, left the first lot over night, as that's what I used to do with the old stuff, this stuff if left turns to a gloop that's hard to remove. But you can just apply more paint stripper, then your scraper will slide right though the paint/gloop.

Wow! Better than I could ever have hoped!
Used on a metal garage door where the paint had started to peel. I was not too hopeful that any paint-lifting product would be effective on metal paint or, if it were, that the removal of the resulting softened paint would be arduous. I followed the instructions for a small test area but didn't really leave enough time for the second coat to work. I was impressed - but still had to work a bit in scraping off the residue - although it got easier towards the end of the task as time had passed. For the remainder of the door, I left the first coat to work for a full 90 minutes before adding the second coat and leaving it for a similar time. I was frankly amazed at how completely the paint was lifted! In many cases I was peeling off a full square foot with ease. I didn't even need to follow up with sandpaper - it all came off like the skin off a rice pudding. Pictures show the door after the second coat had been given time to work - and the final result about an hour later!

It's messy. Put plenty on.
This works mostly by turning hardened paint back into paint again. PUT PLENTY ON. You then need to scrub and scrape off the STICKY MUSH with soapy water. ITS VERY MESSY & SLOW. DO WEAR OLD / disposable clothes and cover your shoes. Reapply and repeat. Any video that shows an easy scrape off ONLY applies if you've painted atop a varnished surface. ITS MESSY.
