Bronson Vitamin K2 D3 (MK7) Supplement 2-in1 D3 & K2 Complex, 250 Capsules

I’ve been taking Bronson Vitamin K2 (MK-7) with D3 as part of my morning routine, and it has been a fantastic addition to my supplement stack. I specifically wanted a combination formula with 5000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of K2 (MK-7), and this one checked every box. I also appreciate that it’s non-GMO and thoughtfully formulated. I take it every morning alongside my omega-3, Super B complex, and my antidepressant. I usually take everything together with coffee and breakfast, often something with healthy fats like avocado toast or peanut butter. Since vitamins D and K are fat-soluble, taking them with fats makes sense for better absorption, and I’ve had zero stomach discomfort doing it this way. One of the main reasons I wanted D3 paired with K2 is because they work synergistically. Vitamin D3 helps with calcium absorption, immune support, and mood regulation, while K2 (especially MK-7) helps direct calcium to the bones and teeth where it belongs instead of allowing it to accumulate in arteries or soft tissues. That balance was important to me. I didn’t want to take high-dose D3 without K2 to support proper calcium utilization. Since adding this supplement, I’ve felt more overall stability in my mood and energy, especially during seasons when sunlight exposure is lower. It feels like a foundational supplement that supports immune health, bone strength, cardiovascular health, and overall long-term wellness. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and it fits seamlessly into my routine. The 120-count bottle is also a great value, especially at this potency. If you’re considering supplementing with Vitamin D3, I highly recommend choosing one that includes K2, particularly MK-7, for better long-term balance. Taking it consistently with a meal that contains fats seems to make the biggest difference. This has been a reliable, high-quality, option for me. One of the best parts about this medicine is that it has almost all clean ingredients in it. The fact that it includes mk7 is really good for individuals with ADHD, which is something that I have absolutely adored about it. I've tried over seven different ones and this is the first one that I felt really made a difference. The price is also great considering what it is.

As I have gotten older, I seem to have developed a Vitamin D deficiency and because of that my doctor insists that I take Vitamin D to help compensate for that. So, I have taken D3 for the last few years to supplement my nutrient deficiency. During that time, I have tried different brands of Vitamin D in an effort to determine what works best for me. A couple things that I have learned in that journey is that you want to find a vitamin that is easily absorbed into the body, which K2 is supposed to help with that. Also, it is important to pay attention to the level of that particular vitamin in each capsule as it is not always necessary to go for a very high level if your body does not need that amount. It can be as bad to have too much of a vitamin as it is too little as you could be hurting your health as well as wasting your money on high levels you don’t need and the body won’t utilize the excess. I got this particular brand because it contains the combination of K2 and D3, which helps in absorption into the body. The capsules contain 5000 UI of D and these pills are comparable with the same level of D (5000 UI) to the various name brands I have used. The pills are a good size that makes them easy to swallow. According to the bottle these are made in a US facility, which is good and the gel capsule is vegetarian based. I like the fact that this brand has been around a long time as well. The quality of the pills appears to be as good as any brand I have taken but I do think these are priced a bit high (currently 24 dollars) for a 240-count bottle. Since I have started taking these, my vitamin D levels have normalized. Coincidently, I have noticed that these in combination with Magnesium supplement, my blood pressure levels have gotten better and I have had less inflammation in my sinuses. I cannot say that these directly have had an effect as I can only say that is what has occurred since taking these regularly. I will update over time as I see long term effects or results. 4 stars

I’m thrilled with this Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement! The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and I love that the full serving is just one capsule a day—it's so convenient. I was severely deficient in vit D all through my childhood and even the past ten years. I went from 19 to 16 to 6 which was recorded in 2023. The doc mentioned that I’d pass out if I did not take enough care of it. The high dosage prescription ones did not work for me as they gave other side effects. Then I looked up reviews here and wanted to try this one as I saw people reporting their levels rise up. I then started taking these. I went to my labs in 2026 and now I’m at 43 for Vitamin D. I couldn’t go last year due to other reasons. My doctor was also very happy that I was taking these proactively which had k2 as well. My nails, hair started growing fast. I had more energy and felt good after taking these. But I’d highly recommend these in getting your levels up and keeping them there. The value it brings to health is amazing

I have tried several different brands abd doses over a few years. I was taking 10,000 IU per day of another brand made from Lanolin (many are) over a long period of time and I still had low vitamin D. Within 2 weeks of taking these 5,000 IU daily my vitamin D went up to a normal level! I love that Vitamin K is combined as it is essential to supplement with Vit K when taking Vit D. Warning, this dose is too high for most people to take daily (I have a leaky gut), so only take as often as your Dr recommends or take a lower dose.

After doc told me years ago I had low vit D, I was taking 3 plus 2 K2. Nice to have a single balanced pill. Cheaper too.
