After trying a few cheaper options, this Balson pair is the best we've got so far. Two units for both ears, perfect! The noise cancellation works well in crowds, and adjusting volume is very simple—no complicated apps needed. The beige color blends nicely and looks discreet. My mother loves how lightweight it feels, and the charging case is convenient for travel. Battery lasts long, and we got the dry kit free. Worth every penny—great product from Balson!

The product is good, but I didn't get extra earplug. Instead I got only one which is attached to it.

Stopped working within 3 months of purchase No option to get it fixed as seller hasn't given any details on how to reach out There is 1 year warranty but it just stopped charging and both ear pieces are not working No replacement or refund - Customer support is worst and least bothered about quality Expecting to pay 2000 for repair
