Perfect for holding iPhone Max when running.
This is an amazing pack to store an iPhone Max for running. Well made, quality materials. I’m 6’4” and 290# and it fits perfect around my waist. The phone doesn’t bounce and the strap stays tight. Just perfect. I ended up buying two.

The absolute best running belt
I use this more on an electric skateboard than walking/running and it's perfect for that too. Back pocket fits any size phone, left zip for house key and drivers license and the left open pocket is for candy. Anything thicker and it would be lousy for actual exercise, this holds the minimum necessary and is super breathable. So far mine has endured 5 months of regular use with a heavy phone in the back and hasn't had any quality issues. I do worry about the thin material ripping sooner than later but it's the tradeoff I'll take any day to not have a heavy belt that doesn't breathe that I would never wear.

Not bulky. Looks good.
Seemed to be of great quality and small enough to hold everything snug. I think the standard size 500ml silicone flask should fit in the main pocket, but the longer thinner ones will struggle; which is why I returned it because I wanted to use the flasks I already have.

The best belt for running I have had.
I wasn't sure about this belt before using it because it lacked a zipper. But I can now say after using it extensively it is the best belt I have ever worn (and I have worn a lot). There is no bounce to it at all. It forms well to my back and sits comfortably on my waist. There is no chaffing or rubbing. And the lack of a zipper means that it will never rust and seize shut. Osprey is a trusted brand, and this is my favorite belt hands down.

Perfect for phone, gels, key and soft flask.
Holds your iPhone, key, a few gels, and a 250 mL soft flask. It can hold 2 250 ml soft flasks but it’s a bit heavy with two. It is made of a stretchy mesh material and is very breathable. It’s easy to access everything while running. It works better for me wearing the pouch in the front. When I wore it the other way it wanted to slip down. Overall great pouch for long distance running especially for the price. If you are a bigger person with a waste size over 38” this is going to work better for you than the fitted running belts. The reviews that talk about it coming with two flasks are confused. There is a different model that comes with two flasks (the duo), not the LT model which is the light version.

Works well if not carrying water.
Works well, good quality. Worked well for phone or gels, bounced too much for my liking with water.

Finally! A belt that won’t stretch and fits well
As a way to carry my keys, my phone, a hotel keycard, etc… this is a great belt. The elastic pouches make it easy to access my phone, a tissue or some goo. There’s a zippered compartment for my keys also. It fits really well and unlike so many others I’ve tried, doesn’t bounce uncomfortably when I run. I’ve had many other running belts, but the belt part has always been elastic and needs to keep being re-tightened in order to get a snug fit, until finally, the elastic is shot and I need to get another belt. However, this one is made out of seat belt material so stretching shouldn’t become an issue. There’s enough belt that it could fit my husband easily, but the extra length tucks into a small tab so it doesn’t loosen and get in my way.

Came in clutch for the marathon
I used this on my first marathon in December! I was able to store all my snacks (gels and chews), a travel size advil bottle, my phone, and my keys and I still had room. I appreciate the fact that it doesn’t bounce around and that it has a zippered pocket. Although I have retired from marathon running, I love this belt so much that I continue to use it on my shorter runs

Love Osprey!
Mostly using it for jogging. It’s lightweight. I can fit my phone, 250 ml water pouch, keys, beats pods and a snack bar if necessary. Easy to adjust. Love Osprey!
