This is a very good supplement. My energy had been quite low and labs showed I was low in B vitamins. Methylated B vitamins are much more absorbable and these along with a sublingual B12 had really helped my energy levels.

I have some sleep issues that hamper my ability to feel rested and energized when waking. I found this and and decided to give it a try. It definitely perks me up in the morning. Sometimes I take it mid-day if I'm feeling a little sluggish.The taste is good; tastes like cherries, although sometimes a bit tart. The dropper can sometimes be inconsistent, but aside from that, I really like this liquid b-complex. It's affordable daily energy in a bottle. Feels better than green tea; far less stimulating.

Be sure you know what 1mL looks like. The dropper that's included does not have a 1 mL serving marked.

I found they make a significant difference to my post strength training workout with a quicker recovery. When I miss a few days of these vitamins, I just don't recover as well and am not ready to train again in a day or two.
