First of all, this is much easier to install than I had anticipated, I had deliberately ordered a longer strip than I actually needed just for the garage door, I used the piece left over to use on my side door, it worked out perfectly, I think it works well with helping to keep the leaves out when the door is open, and seals really well when the door is closed, I like the accent stripe, it looks good and lets you know it’s there, you know so you can watch your step, all in all, great product and I would recommend it to anyone who has a need to improve their garage door function and esthetic appearance

Was good overall, but the end was bent and did not seal as much as I would like.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've tried various types of garage door weather stripping in an attempt to prevent water from entering my garage, none have worked until I tried this one. The profile is high enough to prevent water from running down and under the garage door or backing up from the driveway. You are supplied with more than enough silicone to seal the bottom to the concrete floor which is alot key. I've installed it on three of my garage doors and so far all the floors have remained dry, and trust me we've had ALOT of rain this summer.

Well worth the buy seals up my garage door on the ground a lot tighter and makes it more secure and keeps dust and bugs out and seals it up keeping ground warmer in winter and cooler in summer

When ever it rained and the wind blew i would get water in my garage, this stopped that. Just make sure before you glue it down that the floor where your putting it is clean. I also had to adjust my door opener so it would stay shut. Had to read the opener manual a couple of times before I figured it out. The only problem i have now is trying to roll my welder cart in and out of the garage, i will have to put bigger wheels on it. If it isn't one thing it's something else.

Rubber seal is decent, however the sealant adhesive tubes are unusable, tried everything I could to get it to come out of tube, nothing would work. I had to purchase other adhesive.
