V33 Renovation Wall Tile & Panelling Paint, Soft Grey Satin, 750ml

This stuff is incredible and goes very far. I did a full bathroom with three coats using just one tub — I actually bought a second tub because I thought I’d need it, but I didn’t! It dries very quickly, which makes doing multiple coats much easier, and it’s really easy to apply. The consistency is just right — not too runny and not too thick — and it goes onto the tiles smoothly without dragging or leaving loads of brush marks. I only used a brush for the edges and around the awkward areas, and used a small foam roller for the rest of the tiles. This gave me a really smooth and even finish. I found it had really good adhesion to the tiles and once it had dried, it felt properly bonded rather than just sitting on the surface. I went for the Cotton colour and it’s a very light cream, which has completely transformed the bathroom. The tiles still keep their shine and, importantly, they still feel like tiles to the touch rather than feeling like they’ve just been covered in a layer of ordinary wall paint. The finish is really impressive after three coats and the coverage is excellent. I also used a grout pen after the final coat, which really finished the whole thing off and made the tiles look almost brand new. One important thing though — preparation is everything. Make sure you remove any old paint, silicone, grease, soap residue or anything else from the tiles before you start. They need to be absolutely immaculate and properly clean for the paint to adhere properly. Don't try to paint over old silicone or bits of loose paint and expect the V33 to hide it. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with this product. It was easy to use, dried quickly, covered far more than I expected, adhered really well and has completely transformed my bathroom without having to replace the tiles. Would highly recommend.

Honestly amazed at this paint so far. Goes on like a dream, looks great, great colour. One coat does the job. Only just put it on so can’t yet testify to its waterproof lasting ability. Also bear in mind the whole tub has to be used in ten days once you put the activator in it. I’d definitely use it again though.

Love it! Second time using this brand. Absolutely perfect. Very good coverage, easy to use although difficult to open first. Nice little tray that comes with it for ease. Be careful of paint being susceptible to scratches/knocksfirst few days. A little goes a long way. Great value for money.

Star deducted because the first one I ordered came with crack on the inner lid causing the paint to have spilled out everywhere. Second one I bought was perfect and such a lovely colour for my bathroom. Tiles were a horrible dated peach colour and then I covered with this. Makes such a difference. Two coats to be on the safe side. Love it

I was sceptical about this . Took 3 coats but its great, hard wearing and a nice finish.

To be fair, this paint isn't bad. I'm painting black coloured tiles of 2/3 coats is definitely needed. Ensure you mix the addictive (included in the pack) with the paint for a solid 5 mins. Colour is spot on and sticks and dried well. Can't complain. I've done two coats so far. Will start a third coat today.
