G23 Titanium Threadless Piercing Taper 14G 16G 18G Insertion Pin

Can I day how I LOVE LOVE this product! I got my nose pierced in Jan 2025 ans took my ring out for the 1st time last week. Unfortunately, after taking it out I struggled to get the piercing back in because my nails were too long to properly hold the ring backing and find the hole to put it back in. I ended back to the shop have it put back in and while there, the piercer spoke about getting a piercing thread tool. So, I came to Amazon and found this gem! It came with 3 different sized thread tools. I was able to easily insert the tool, then push the backing onto the tool, then pull through, and attach my jewelry. Given my previously issue, I was so happy this worked! I was able to get my piercing in, in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this for ease of putting a nose ring back in!

These are perfect to get if you have piercings that you haven't worn for a while, they make it completely painless for you to restart the hole that has grown over with a bit of skin, piece on the back end makes it very easy to follow through with your jewelry. Great stainless steel and very easy to use. A must have for a person with piercings.

This is NOT a piercing needle!!! This is to use for changing out difficult jewelry. For example, I have a post that goes through my nostril and then you have to feed a little stem into the post that has a jewelry attached at the end. I have both nostrils and my septum pierced. It's difficult to put the little post in without this. (Imagine trying to add new laces to your shoes eyelets) This will hold your post and then you slide this through the hole. You can even get the ones that are slightly larger than the guage you have now and stretch the piercing hole. These are awesome!!!

So happy that I found this. Hands alone would take me for-ever to put my nose piercing in. Pay attention to the gauge size when ordering. The first time I ordered, I guess I didn't realize the sizes available & ordered a 16 or 18. I thought maybe my nose swelled up (it's prone to do that with allergies) & it was painful to use the taper. Then I realized duh the tapers are in different gauges & ordered the 20G. Install is a breeze and the jewelry that comes with it are cute too.

Work well. Wish they were a touch longer

Super small and wrong gauge, also they don’t attach to your jewelry. The screw taper wouldn’t screw into any of my internally threaded jewelry and the internally threaded taper didn’t screw into any e thermally threaded jewelry. The gauge sizes are random it’s like they just pulled it from a pile.

My belly piercing is only about 2.5 months old, so I don't want to completely take out the jewelry when swapping. This allows you to slide out the old jewelry and this slides into the place of where it was. Just put your new jewelry back on the recieving end of this and slide it back into place. Super easy and convenient, and you don't have to worry about trying to get your new jewelry back into your hole since this device acts as a placeholder while it is out. Such a simple yet valuable tool!

This product made the process so much harder than it needed to be. If you want to use this kit you have to push the needle up through the inside on your nostril. But if you do that, there is no guarantee that it will come out the top of your nostril in the spot you marked. Another issue I had was the jewelry wasn’t long enough to go through my nostril. I don’t even have abnormally thick nostrils. I pierce straight through the thinnest part and still couldn’t get the jewelry to come out the other side. Do not buy a kit if it means you’ll have to pierce from the inside of your nostril, like this one

Looks great. Easy to fit.

I had a really tough time getting a threadless post in my helix. This made it very easy and worked just as described.

Product did not come as show. I was expecting a threaded rod as shown in the product photo. Also 3 shown in photo and only 2 came in package. Very disappointing!

Can't wait to try it

Ordered the internally threaded tapers in 14g and 16g. It arrived packaged nicely, nothing seems bent or out of shape. If I end up having issues later on threading the jewelry, I will update my review. For now I'm pleasantly surprised.
