Easy to install. Works well. The tape or glue that connects the camera bracket to the windshield holds up well in the Texas summer heat.

Love this camera - came in super handy during a recent collision. However, it keeps speaking. I’m sure there’s a way to turn it off, but sometimes I don’t want to be told to move just because the car ahead of me is 🤣 Overall still very functional and great for the price, and does very well in the dark as well! Video quality is enough for insurance with a video taken at night - that’s all we need!

Great camera, good quality. Easy set up. I like the hotspot QR code to download videos. Sensitive to bumps to get emergency footage, detects when cars are moving and tells you to move. Goes into parking lot mode when you park. Cons: Can’t really see license plates if they’re about 20 feet away. Camera doesn’t turn on automatically consistently. Sometimes it will start with car start, other times I have to manually turn it on, after realizing it wasn’t on when driving for a bit.

I purchased this camera 16 months ago. I've been very happy with the video quality. No issues in daytime or at night. I've had two recurring problems. First, the camera regularly complains about the video card I'm using. It is a name brand card that meets the specifications but this camera warns me about it. I've used this card in other dashcams and other action cameras (to test it) with no issue. Not sure why this camera is unhappy. The big problem is the mount. I like the mechanism of the suction cup. The 'twist to lock' is a good design. However, the cup has let go from my windshield many times over the past year. Everything is clean but the suction cup won't hold on reliably. I think it is too small. The last time it fell, the suction cup itself was still attached. The cup has broken away from the rest of the 'twist to lock' mechanism. The plastic used was too cheap and the little edges have snapped off. There's no way to repair this. I now have a functioning camera that I'm happy with but I can't use it as I have no way to mount it. Poor quality plastic on the suction cup has ruined this unit.

Pretty good camera & easy to set up. The live feed does occasionally freeze but exiting out & opening the app back up usually does the trick. I use this camera to monitor my dogs when they are crated in the car.

I've had many dashcams and I like this one the best. The others were very difficult to connect & view footage. The Miofive automatically connects to your phone when you start the car. This will kick you out of your normal internet hindering the use of your phone, but I shouldn't be using my phone while I'm driving anyway. Overall I'm confident I'll be able to access the footage at the scene of an accident if needed.

Worked great on first day then could not connect to phone anymore. Takes forever to finally connect but nothing shows up. Keeps saying “keep up with traffic” when you start driving from a stopped position (red light, stop sign, etc)

Great video quality. It has a bunch of features that I have not used yet but I am pleasantly surprised by how good the video quality is. I may buy some more of these for other uses outside of the car. It seems that if you hook it to a USB power supply it will just keep running in a loop forever so that’s handy
