I use this everyday and it stays frozen all day! It’s worth every penny

I've gone through several versions of this over the last 8 years (some lost, not all worn out.) This particular model is a great size for adult lunch (as an office worker, I can usually fit breakfast and lunch with ease-- if you work a physically demanding job thay requires a lot of food and hydration throughout the day this would likely be too small.) Has easily fit in tote bags or backpacks. The frozen gel keeps it cool all day. Since I take public transit or walk to grocery shop, I also find it helpful keeping small cold items cold-- a tub of yogurt, butter or cheese, or a few bags of frozen vegetables have all fit nicely.

Very safe way to bring chicken home from super market.

It's a great bag until something leaks inside and you're not really able to clean it thoroughly, and then it gets stinky and the fabric gets icky. My use of this is specific to keeping snacks and milk cold when bringing it to my kid's daycare. I found that if something leaks inside (in my case, cow milk) and you can't clean it immediately, or it isn't kept frozen/cold all the time and it's at room temp for too many days, the bag just gets gross over time. I've gone through 3 of these bags and for my use, it lasts for months at a time more or less. The bag is great, but not super durable for my purposes.

I love this lunch box! I’m walking for 30 minutes in the mornings to get to work and this lunch box keeps everything super cold without the use of chunky ice packs. It’s small enough to put into my backpack and it’s not heavy.
