I didn't have any issue with the taste - since I swallow them so quickly. They do have a smell, but honestly - didn't really matter in the long run. I can't say that they helped me or not with my specific issue, but I can't blame them for that - I wasn't sure it was going to help in the first place. I DO with though that they listed the dosages of each mineral included. That would have been helpful for me in my search for the right blend.

This enables me to take several of the pills that I used to take and find them all in one capsule. I find that taking one capsule is easier and I don't have to swallow so many. I highly recommend this product.

The only reason why I give it a four is because of the smell. I bought it for my teenagers, but because they dislike the smell, they don’t want to take it.

Keeps my immune system working well. It’s not a preventative, but I get sick less than others in my household

I have CLL and have to be extra cautious about getting sick. My immune system is compromised. I had blood work done and took these for 3 months until my next blood draw and there were no changes.

The ingredients appear to be good quality. Haven’t taken it long enough to know if it helps the immune system.

I usually have no problem taking vitamins. I take a lot. These give me an upset stomach so started to take it with food and still I get an upset stomach. So just an fyi. Will find something else to take. too bad i got two bottles. LOL

I have been taking this faithfully and I ended up catching a bad cold anyway.
