I started using this because my triglycerides tend to sit on the elevated side, even when my diet is good; a familial trait.A family member has used them for a while now, takes 2 daily and she said her numbers (triglycerides) are now normal. I started using this for a month before going to the doctor and keeping my diet clean as I have done before and my levels were down 20 points. I only take one a day, not the regimen recommended on the bottle and I’m happy with that progress so far. Hopefully my numbers will continue to improving as I continue to take these.The taste isn’t great if you leave them on your tongue while filling your water cup. I also store these in the fridge. It’s not recommended on the bottle but others have suggested it and it will probably help with freshness. I haven’t had any side effects either but I do take this with my first meal of the day and not on an empty stomach.

My husband has used this before from another place but they were out of stock.We found the same thing & ordered.He really liked product & not me & some of this friends are going to try it to.Received earlier than expected.
