Bought this in 2024, in hind sight I should have bought more capacity. Must have to extend. Life of an old computer. If using on modern desktop just go m.2 mvme trust me

Awesome harddrive. Has a good storage capacity. Very good read/write speed and performance out of the box. Proved a significant upgrade for the previous HDD it's being used to replace.

Amazing ssd, no issues no crashes. If you need a huge 2tb ssd for "cheap" this is your go as long as you aren't moving gigantic file sizes in such case get an m.2

WHERE TO START: First, Advertised @ 550/470. ACTUALLY @ 402/343 (20% Loss) Industry Standard: +/- 5% (25 MB/s) 400% LOSS Higher than Competitors!!! Second, VulcanZ "QLC" is OVERPRICED @ $65 for 400/350 MB/s I would give a Fair Market Price around $41.99 (No Higher) Third, NOW Customer(s) HAVE TO WIPE DRIVE or BUY COMPETITOR'S then CLONE. Either way... Customer(s) have to CHOOSE Lose: DATA or MONEY/TIME or... ALL THREE!!! Fourth, This SSD was Tested "ROCK SOLID", STABLE, and ZERO Thermal Issues. There are ZERO Defects. Just PURE LIES to the Consumer!!! Poor "Quality" Chips. This SSD WILL FAIL FAST under Normal Use in no time at all. It is NOT meant for Gaming AT ALL. Have used as C drive for a year Still fast, no issues

The T-Force Vulcan Z 4TB is a great buy, or at least it was when I purchased one in 2023. It performed well and had decent read/write speeds only slightly less than advertised most of the time. However, three years later, the drive is showing signs of failing with growing incidents of fragmenting, corrupted files and disk errors. And these keep occurring after 16+ hours of disk checking and repair by Windows. If memory prices return to normal, this would be a great buy but keep in mind SSDs that are this large and from China/Taiwan, where quality control is not as important, seldom last.

Amazing drive, with amazing performance!

I needed more space and speed to my xbox one x. Install was supper easy.just fallow the online tutorials. Menu and load times are substantially better. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend upgrading if you feel the need to. Just do it :)
