Huge help when I do my ice baths! I can tolerate the cold longer when I wear these. They do run large. I got the medium at first then had to return for the small and fit much better!

I was skeptical but this worked amazingly well for me and my daughter for a shelling/beach trip. I forgot I had them on - they were comfortable and I could not feel them on my feet. My toes were never cold in chilly water. I put them on and then wore water shoes over them. They were perfect.

I don’t have any pictures of these in use but they are awesome!! I struggled with cold plunging at first because I don’t like cold feet but when I added these to my routine I was able to focus on the experience and get the full benefits from it! I absolutely love cold plunging /ice baths now!!

First impression: I thought Amazon accidentally sent me clown shoes for my feet's lesser-known cousins. Seriously, the toe box is so huge, I'm pretty sure I could smuggle snacks in there. But no, they're not too big - just designed by someone who clearly thinks toes need their own vacation homes. Walking in these? Forget about it. I now understand how mermaids feel on land. We've resorted to sitting on a chair next to our tub of liquid regret, wrestling these neoprene nightmares on like we're playing Twister with our feet. Four plunge sessions in, and they're already playing strip poker - threads unraveling faster than my sanity in that icy water. On the bright side, they're not glued together, so when they inevitably fall apart, I can pretend it's a DIY project. Do they work? Surprisingly, yes. My toes aren't auditioning for 'Frozen 3' anymore. But comfort? Let's just say it's like wearing a wet suit that's going through an existential crisis.
