I started seeing a personal trainer this year and he opened my eyes to the benefits of stretching. I bought this Halo stretcher and I have nothing but great results to report back.It’s small and easy for me to use on my home office desk chair which is probably the root of my back pain in the first place. But it’s also nice to roll on the floor in the mornings or anytime I’m feeling stiff.The little nodes feel great and hit the right spots, giving you a similar effect to getting a back massage.I think the best part is how I feel now at the end of the day. Instead of my back being tight and sore, it is so much more relaxed.Great bang for the buck. Anyone getting older like me should consider trying one!

As a manual massage stretcher, this requires effort on the part of the user. Which is not a problem at all. But, something you should be aware of. I found best results when laying on it on the floor while actively targeting trouble spots in my back. My attempts to use it passively while sitting in my work chair were less successful.

Arrived quickly and in good condition.I'm truly not sure what other people have seen that i do not regarding this product.It's literally a piece of plastic encased in a mesh type bag.Sure, it has ball structures sticking up to supposedly alleviate pain, but in truth, the size of it is small and you'd have to be crazy to have this thing poking you in the back!Again, it's very small and if you're a larger person, this thing would aggravate your back pain rather than help.Even though it bends in the middle, there's nothing that makes the balls move around to actually massage anything.The mesh bag is nice, as it comes off and is washable, but that's about it for this so called massager.For thirty dollars, one would expect it to at least have some sort of motorized movement, but again, this is just a piece of plastic shaped like a massager.

This is a very useful product and functions well. The pillow has lots of trigger point nubs on it, to massage and release tight, achy muscles. It's well made & very sturdy, I believe this will provide years of relief for my low back. I like the quality of the soft fabric covering and the nice green color too. This is a good value and very easy to use, I recommend it.

I cannot use a vibrating massager like massage guns, etc., because it makes my skin itchy. I learned that this is a condition called vibratory urticaria. After researching a few products, I finally bought this one, and it’s exactly what I needed! The nodes don’t move, which is what I wanted. It hits all the main pressure points for my lower back. I use it while sitting in a chair and on the floor for a deeper stretch. I also like that it’s lightweight and made of sturdy material. I also love that you can remove the cover and throw it in the washing machine. My husband also uses this, and he’s 6’4” (I’m 5’5”). Will definitely need to buy another one just for him! I highly recommend it!

I have degenerative spinal disease in my neck, upper back and lower back. It is uncomfortable and even painful when sitting on the sofa or in my desk chair for too long or while standing or walking too long. I practice yoga daily but sometimes need a bit more help. This massage cushion really helps to alleviate pain and discomfort in my back and neck. I use it both while sitting on the sofa or at my desk and before or after yoga on the floor. I like the contour of the cushion and I love the nubs. The cushion is firm with the nubs having a slight give. The cover comes off for easy cleaning. The fabric has a bit of a texture. Cushion and cover seem to be made very well. I am very happy I ordered!!
