I don’t typically write reviews, but this product deserves one! It’s magic! As someone with many piercings, I wish I had found this sooner! I have a very stubborn irritation bump on my snug piercing (that I thought was a keloid until I purchased this product and it responded so quickly). I have the gel and oil, and have been using each once per day. I have only had them for 5-6 days, and I already notice a HUGE difference! After 3 days, the pain, irritation and redness that I’ve been struggling with for 8-9 months disappeared, and now, on day 5-6, I can feel the bump noticeably shrinking beneath the skin. I did not have any huge hopes or expectations (as I know true keloids are very difficult to treat), but rather purchased this as a last ditch effort to save my piercing after tea tree oil, saline, and attempts to minimize pressure/irritation on the piercing failed. If you’re on the fence, buy it. If you have a lot of piercings, buy it. If you have any pain, irritation or swelling around your piercing, buy it. I truly cannot express how shocked I am with the speed of results, and am excited and hopeful to finally heal my piercing!

This really works. I fell HARD on my face and knee, on a sidewalk. My doctor mentioned a loss of melanin. After a few days of using the gel, the skin on my face and my knee were quickly healing.

I’ve been using this on a piercing bump and it’s been really easy to add to my routine. I like that the set comes with two products and they’re both easy to apply. So far, my piercing looks better and the bump seems less noticeable. I’m going to keep using it consistently!

I can’t report on how this worked for my irritation bumps yet, BUT I can tell you my ear was VERY inflamed and I got basically instant relief. That alone makes me hopeful that the products will work out in time. Here are some before pics :)

Had a keloid this removed it within days highly recommend

I was wondering if this really worked before I bought it. To my surprise after about three weeks of using it, or maybe less, the small keloids from my ear started getting smaller. I was really surprised but, HEY! it works. Still putting it on to see if it goes away completely.

Although it does help with irritation bumps it most definitely does not help with keloids maybe to make them somewhat smaller but not fully make them go away.

This stuff is magic. After only 1 week, my piercing bumps on my lobe has shrunk significantly, even after months of crazy inflammation. Buy it!

Buon prodotto. L'olio buono per il piercing eseguito da poco e non ancora guarito bene, ma si asciuga rapidamente e quindi bisogna fare più applicazioni, al giorno. Mi sono trovata bene con la versione in gel, applicata mattina e sera, per una settimana, il mio piercing guarito bene. Il gel asciugando forma un leggero film che rimane tutto il giorno, Comunque continuo con le applicazioni 2 volte al giorno per almeno 1 mese, anche se è guarito, perché ho paura che ritorni quella brutta pallina che tende sempre a formarsi. L'ho provato su una cicatrice vecchia di 2 anni ma per adesso nessun risultato... Comunque sono molto soddisfatta per il risultato del mio trago.

Let me save you time by saying JUST BUY IT. IT DOES WORK! Now a bit of a story, in January 2026 I decided to get 2 more piercings in each of my earlobes. I decided to go to a Tatto studio and get them done with a needle instead of the gün. The piercer said to leave them alone, not to put weight on it (when sleeping), keep them dry and they should heal fairly quick. How wrong he was. 5 months passed and still no healing. I would take them off several times to clean them properly and “sanitize” them thinking it might help. In July, I decided to take them off for good because I thought it was abnormal that they were still like day one (at this point they had been off for about 2 weeks). But not wanting to give them up I searched a thread on reddit about ways to make them heal and found a link about professionally recognized piercers. I booked an appointment to reopen the what-I-thought-it-was-closed hole which ended up not being completely closed. The piercer explained to me all the do’s and dont’s and recommended me the hospital grade titanium steel earrings that are supposed to promote healing. I went ahead and bought them, he clean my ears and put the new earrings on. Fast forward to the end of September still no healing in sight and still bleeding from time to time and kind of sensitive, I even developed a bump, like a keloid bump. It was ugly. I was seriously considering just to give up and accepting that it just didn’t work for me to have those piercings (I already have the usual ones some women get as babies). They were still sensitive but not super painful unless I would accidentally touch it too harsh; sometimes even itchy because the skin was also swollen. I even went to a dermatologist to assess the wound and he prescribed me something that didn’t work either. I came across this little thing. It says it would take up to 3 months for old wounds. I guessed mine would take the longest to heal because it has been quite some time. So I went ahead and ordered the duo (gel and solution). Lo and behold… in less than a week! LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!. I ordered it 09/29/2026 and it came the next day, I started using it that same day 3x as the package says and WOW. I can’t even describe my excitement. I was over the moon to see so much progress in such a short time. I didn’t even had a chance to take a before picture because I kept postponing it thinking it would take me weeks so I would do it later!!! I didn’t need to use the Gel. Seriously IT WORKS!!! I can only show you a picture of after. And I had to share it because it’s just too good to be true and IT IS TRUE. Last picture is the gel still in its packaging. Now I don’t know what to do with that gel. Anyways I hope it works as well as it did for me. And to the creators of this thing, THANK YOU!

The best ointment and oil for pierce bump and a keloid. It really works well. Yes, it hurts or irritates a bit for 2-3 days depending on piercing type but heals the keloid. I’m using it for past two weeks on my almost 3 years old keloid and it worked like magic to me. I was thinking of keloid removal surgery before because I got almost pea sized bump tried other treatments as well but nothing works and thought to give a last chances to this kind of treatment and thankfully it worked and I got saved from surgical treatment. Yes, its time taking but does work well.
