Sturdy arm, pretty design, but the underside is grey not black. The image is misleading and makes the entire item appear matte black. The shower head is also plastic which I could overlook because it would be hard for anyone to know, but the grey is too much to miss.

Not entirely black. But okay otherwise.
I’ve used this brand for our sink & we loved it. But not the shower head, but only bc of the color. As another review stated, the underside of the shower head (where the water comes out) is light gray & plastic. I thought the whole entire head would have been black, but it’s not. It changed the complete look of our the shower & made it less polished looking, so we decided to return.

Cracked and broke off the first time it was used
We put this in the spare bathroom. The first time my parents visited and used the shower, it cracked off and landed on my dad's head. This item is worse than useless.

Haven't installed it yet, but it feels very sturdy. I am impressed with the packaging... I've ordered name brand stuff that didn't come close to the care that was given from the manufacturer.
