What I loved: Brilliant little toolkit for network work. The cable tester is accurate, quick, and easy to use — picks up wiring faults instantly. The wire tracer works exactly as it should, even in noisy cable environments, and the PoE detection is super handy when you’re trying to figure out which switch is secretly feeding power to what. The optical power meter is a great bonus for fibre checks — not pro-grade lab equipment, but more than good enough for field use and home labs. Build quality is solid, buttons feel responsive, and the display is clear and bright. What made me sigh loudly: Realising how many messy cables I’ve ignored for years because I didn’t have one of these sooner. Should you buy it? Yes — absolutely. Whether you’re doing home networking, small business installs, or homelab fibre/SFP setups, this little kit is genuinely useful and great value for what’s included. Accurate tests. Great tracer. Useful PoE and fibre tools. If this tester were a person, it’d be the IT mate who always turns up with the right tool and a spare cable, just in case. Would 100% recommend — perfect addition to any networking toolkit.
