NISTO Front Upper Lower Control Arm Bushing Compatible With For 2007-2012 Lexus LS460 RWD 2008-2016 Lexus LS600h RWD

I pressed these into my oem upper arms on a 2008 Lexus LS600hL and they appear to be equal to better than the factory bushings. Granted those were needing to be replaced and had deep cracks, so hoping for "better". I installed them 4 months ago, and they still look like new. I just had a chance to check them up close while swapping out one of the front air shocks. I have yet to need the lower bushings, but like that they come individually sealed in foil pouches to preserve the rubber. I only wish that NISTO sold a set that included the ball joints for this car, like they do for the LS460.

I used a press to install these and torqued to spec at ride height. I wanted to keep my oem arms/ball joints on my ls460 and replace just these. They have failed in under a year and less then 5k miles. The shock bushings are completely collapsed and others have cracking and too much play. Rubber is way too soft and allows a ton of movement. Car felt great for a couple months at most and gradually steering quality and ride have deteriorated until I inspected recently and found they all need replaced again. I should have listened that replacement oem arms are the only way to go.

Installed properly by tightening under load I am a mechanic and have been for 20 years I've installed plenty of bushings but these are trash stay away
