Great Eco Resin Casting Powder
I really like using this product. My eco resin pieces come out smooth and mixes easily. I believe the pieces I've made with this product are quite durable and the price of the powder is good. It always arrives on time and well packaged. I do wish they made a size larger than 3000mg. The included colorants are pretty good also. Will definitely buy again.

The best value for the money!
I have worked with many mediums but this stuff is awesome! Mixing is easy as it is forgiving if you are not exact! Demolding is easy and the finished project is flawless! I experimented with colors and it still came out beautiful!

Easy, versatile, quick.
I love this stuff. Sets quickly, is very hard, takes color beautifully. I use it to make pots for candles.

First round
This suff is awesome, easy to clean the mess. There are much fewer air bubbles than resin 10/10

Fast drying plaster and easy to use
I just love using this plaster. It comes with a good amount and it is very white which I love that because when you add the color to it, it is not already a gray or yellow tint. It’s white. So I like that. It hardens very fast & dries quickly, and I do not have any issues with it cracking during demolding molding

Mess
This is my second time buying this and I'm doubting if I should do so again. The first time all of the powder was contained in a bag. This kept everything else nice and powder free. I just received this. It is not like the first time. Powder is everywhere. This stuff is not cheap compared to how many vessels I can produce out of it. Now I have it dumped all over everything else. And since the bucket is hard to open when I got it opened I ended up with a big face full off it. That had to be great for my lungs.

This stuff amazes me
I am new to all sorts of epoxy and especially new to the ceramic epoxy. The stuff amazes me that you can pour it in in 20 minutes to a half hour later you can take it out and it's already hard. I have had a lot of fun with it so far making cute little planters. Very easy to mix. It's so easy that you think you're doing something wrong lol. I have used the pigment that came with it and it made a very bold color which I was excited about because the other color I had used prior did not tint it at all. This was surprisingly good pigment that came with the powder.

Fun, easy to work with and fast results. If you need to make a gift for someone really fast this is the stuff! The green colour I used was NOT from the container it was my own. First two buckets were messy containers due to hole in bag, but the third and fourth buckets were clean and dust free! Just ordered a fifth that arrives today. Prepare for the driest hands you have ever had. I rarely wear gloves while I work so that's my bad. I DO WEAR A MASK though...so definitely do that. Edit: sixth bucket now, still loving it and it was another clean/no dust one!

I bought this product to see what the hype was all about. As a ceramic major and resin artist, this 'Eco Resin' caught my attention. My gut feeling was this is just the same as regular plaster, I've been using plaster for over 30 years. Everything about it was exactly the same as pouring Plaster of Paris. Upon receiving my bucket, I did not get all the extras in it, so I did end up returning the product, but I did do a couple tests before I returned it. As suspected this stuff acts exactly the same as regular plaster, and has the same properties as regular plaster. The ingredients are Calcium Carbonate and Silicone. Now calcium carbonate is a natural rock material from limestone or marble. Silicone is a chemical, not to be mistaken for silica which is plant based. The manufacturer claims you do not need a mask and is safe for kids, that is FALSE. This stuff is so dusty and stays air borne for a long time, you ABSOLUTELY NEED A MASK! You will be breathing this in and there's a term, 'Coal Miner's Lung' they taught us about in Collage when we used plaster and the importance of wearing a Respirator (not just a dust mask) while using it. I hate they claim that this is safe for kids, it is not without proper PPE for ANYONE using it. Crafting with it is very easy, it is the same as plaster, add water, let dry, paint or whatever you want. Work fast, as it cures very fast. It was great in deep molds as well as shallow. Took on mica powder and natural pigments like tumeric, like a champ. I was able to add epoxy resin as an accent when dry and it looked amazing. It is heat resistant, works amazing in silicone molds, it's not water proof and will need a sealant. The difference between this and plaster is cost. Eco Resin is very expensive over regular plaster. It's not plant based, it's rock based and it still has chemicals in it. If you're sensitive to resin, then sure go with plaster, but Eco Resin is just another term for expensive Plaster of Paris. It's just clever marketing. It was still a fun medium to use, regardless of plants, rocks and chemicals. I would of kept it if I received all the extra goodies as advertised and gave an extra star. I do enjoy working with PLASTER. Would I buy this specifically over plaster? Nope.

I buy this product regularly, and it really is a great product. But inside the drum (which is extremely difficult to open) the powder is in a plastic bag. Every single time it arrives, the bag is burst open and the colours etc, sent with it are covered in powder.
