Outer Space Alien Banner and 15 pcs Rocket Star Cake Cupcake Toppers Cool Outer Space Rocket Party Decoration Set

I used some of the banner figures on the cake as well

I got the 15 piece Rocket toppers which are pretty cool. However, I never received the banner. Instead I got a huge inflatable airplane balloon that I'm not even able to blow up and which does not even match my sons rocket spaceship theme.
