Flip phone ideal for the elderly.
Bought for my mum(the dinosaur),she loves the flip phone,it's easy for her to use with non of that extra rubbish on it (mums words)!

Rubbish
Felt very cheap, the size was fine, didn't use it as sent it back, had a different charging dock all together. It did look easy to use. I don't know about the performance, service, or camera as was never used. But I won't recommend, comes straight from Amazon warehouse. So never got checked.
